Made a reservation and paid months in advance, with multiple confirmations. Received an unsolicited message on WhatsApp asking for a phone call. Was told 3 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN that they had overbooked and did not have a room for us. It's still unclear as to why they didn't realize this sooner or why it even happened in the first place. Was provided with 2 alternatives, none of which were in Oia. Needless to say, this caused unnecessary stress during our vacation and we spent hours on the phone/online trying to find a suitable substitute on such short notice. I'm sure the property is beautiful if they actually honor your reservation and you get to stay there.

Unprofessional communication and last minute cancellation

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and had such a peaceful time as the view from patio is gorgeous and feels fairly private. The patio is painted black which was pretty toasty with temperatures in high 80s during the day but maybe in off season helpful to generate heat for guests. I’d just remember to wear footwear if you’re there in summer. Also know that it is below the adronis (which Ik there is more than one adronis but maps takes you to the one above it). My husband and I had trouble finding it initially but nick came right away to help and we realized after he had sent an email we never saw which would have avoided being lost by having his WhatsApp to contact. So hit him up before you roll in so he can direct you :)
This really was a luxury stay…Bluetooth speaker, nespresso machine, fluffy blankets, hdmi cable (it’s the little things lol). We loved our time here and especially the hot tub with the view! Nick was always available on WhatsApp and the maid was such a sweet woman! She brought us breakfast in the morning and was so nice! I would for sure recommend staying here! I felt the price was fair for what you get. And the host nick made an effort for us to have the best stay possible with our arrival and departure times as well. Thank you solstice!

Peaceful and beautiful stay

This is a private sanctuary. Honestly the pictures and online reviews prior to our stay just didn’t do the value and quality justice. Everything is very clean, the staff is excellent (shoutout Nick who is an A+ at all the things you might need), and holy smokes breakfast each morning is better than any restaurant you’ll find along the Caldera. Ok with those words out of the way…. 

The view is world class. The unique thing here is the location on the far right of the classic Oia village. You see everything here and tourists on the main path heading to their sunsets spots are far from you and out of mind. Ask for the room to the far side it is the best (we thought!). It is perfect here honestly you can book this spot, travel into Santorini, and call it mission success from there (if you want to keep it easy). Nick can help with transport from the airport. 

If you want a first 10/10 accommodation after a long global pandemic…. tough to find a better spot than this one.

Everything has been absolutely perfect & beautiful! We were upgraded to the biggest suite, the room was amazing, very nice minimalist design but still very charming with attention to the smallest detail. The terrace & chill-out zone, the jacuzziand the view, there are no proper words to describe how amazing it is! The service was absolutely great, Nick was very helpful, everything was seamless and easy, all recommendations, all extra services were very professionally arranged. I can only say positive things, and highly recommend the place. It offers you a privacy the no other places can offer in Oìa.

The view is just amazing! Solstice provides a greta room with all required amenities and an excellent breakfast. 

The staff is extremely helpful and the honeymoon suite was just what we needed!

Great place to relax and unwind

The location is truly the best in Oia , uninterrupted views and privacy ! everything about our stay there was above expectations ! supper comfortable beds and truly an inderstated luxurious quality to all the amenities and rooms ! the owner Lefteris Pelekanos was very kind open and generous ! tbey offered us a free late check out at 7 pm because we had a late flight . Can’t recommend it enough ! Magical

Hidden Gem

The hotel is at great location, everything is super-close. You don’t need rented vehicle to reach the surrounding. 
The apartment is very clean & confortable, service is more than excellent. ! The staff is nice, supporting all the time! 
Highly recommended! 


Unforgettable 

My husband and I traveled to Santorini in October 2019 and stayed at Solstice Luxury Suites. We stayed in the Grande Cave with hot tub suite, and it was simply luxurious. Since we traveled in October (first week), the hot tub was perfect for the chilly evenings and cool mornings. Even if we were there in the middle of the summer, we still would have gotten a lot of use out of it. The room was spacious, but the outside area with lounge chairs, hot tub, and VIEW were the best part of the room. These suites were also much more private than most of the cave-like accommodations in Santorini. You cannot see these rooms from the upper pedestrian pathway, so if you're looking for privacy while you lay out on your deck chair and sip wine, this is it.
While everything mentioned above was spectacular, what will bring us back is the first class service. When you check-in, Markos will be the first person to greet you. He is often the first face you see in the morning when he brings you the most spectacular Greek breakfast, and is around the suites all day ensuring guests are comfortable and well taken care of. He is very kind, welcoming, and hospitable.
My husband and I travel frequently, and we don't often want to go back to the same place twice, but Solstice Luxury Suites and Santorini has changed our thinking on that. We will absolutely be back to enjoy the views and visit our friend Markos.

Gem in Paradise

Solstice Luxury Suites was our corner in paradise. Amazing Caldera views which you can't get enough of. Staff, especially Markos, made our stay a memorable one.
Located just off the main walking path, it's still quiet and secluded offering privacy. 


Amazing Santorini

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟➕ Probably one of the most beautiful places on this Island, with a breathtaking view from a private terrace, unencumbered by the neighbors with their own jacuzzi. A highly recommended hotel with a not to be surpassed service! Modern design in taditonal shapes and colors. The breakfast served by Pelekanos Restaurant could not be better in this quality! And if you forget to order your individual breakfast, you will be called by the very courteous service, so that everything is perfect. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL TIME !!
