Location is perfect for the beach and up towards the village. The view from the terrace is just beautiful. The  apartments are everything you need.  Clean and comfortable. The owner who lives above is wonderful. Can't wait to come back next year.

Amazing 

I stayed in Room 1 which is the lowest room at the Koki.  However I still had a good view and the room was of a good size.  I could share the middle terrace and top terrace which was great.  The lady who owns and lives above the property is soooo sweet - Faidra/Fedra.  I booked through Booking.com and they provided a private transfer to and from the airport at a lesser cost to the taxis I normally get.  However, I think I will stick to taxis in the future as the private transfer does not have a license to drop at the main square which is closer to the Koki.  This is the first time I've had to pay extra for aircon for many years - 70 euros extra for the week which I hadn't planned on.  The upstairs terrace is as ever, wonderful.  Loads of space and great views.  The Koki is only minutes from Pallas beach and is in a quiet position (much too handy for the Rainbird bar though - ha).  The only thing that really disappointed me was that there was nothing to 'welcome' you - no water left in the fridge (which wasn't even switched on).  I stayed in the Maris in May this year and there was water and wine as a welcome!  I arrived late at night and therefore struggled to find water bottles at that time.  Also, kitchen ware is sparse and there are no hairdryers.

Fab location and views, good spacious rooms

To be honest I did not know what to expect, although We have travelled to Greece many times. First time in Lindos and Koki Studios and everything was perfect. We had no 7 , 8 and 9 are bigger. Basic but I didnt really expect luxury. The owners are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The views from Koki have got to be one of the best in Lindos overlooking both beaches. If we go back to Lindos we will definately stay at Koki Studios

Magnificent views

We asked to change the date of arrival for today and the hotel responded happily.
We arrived at the hotel:
1. There was no one who greeted us, we had to wait 10 minutes until someone came to fetch the key.
2. We entered the room, the room was dirty - dirty sheets, they asked us for 70 euro for an air conditioner.
3. We connected the refrigerator to the electricity and the refrigerator made a terrible noise that made it impossible for us to rest.
4. The operator worked but did not cool the room was terribly hot.
5. Outside the place theres tones of donkey $%^ - it smelly.

Because of all the above reasons we asked to leave. The owner of the place came and showed us more rooms that unfortunately was in the same situation and therefore we did not agree to stay at the hotel.

I have to note that there are many stairs to reach the room and very hot on the border is impossible to go them with suitcases. No one in the place also offered help.

In addition, there is no connection between the pictures of the hotel as shown on the site and reality.

We had to order another hotel for a week and spend another considerable sum of money. The new order was made via Expedia.

THE PLACE REFUSED TO RETURN OUR MONEY BACK AND CHARGED US 1024$ EVEN THOUGH WE HAVEN'T SLEPT THERE FOR EVEN 1 NIGHT!!!

Don't Go There - They took my money with no cause

Kokki studios.

Just returned from a great holiday at kokki studios in lindos.
We arrived early on the sunday morning,
Wasn't the most easy places to find, as there was some confusion with kokki villa/ studios.  However,

We stayed in room 8 at the top which in my opinion is the best for location.
The views are breathtaking!!

The air con wasnt fantastic, at 10 euros per day, but the room was very clean and the lady who owns the property is lovely.
Maid service every day /clean towels 3 times a week.
There are great resturants bars in lindos, broccolinos (italian) great food.
But i think the very best value for money is the acropolis resturant.
The steak in Jack daniels sauce is to die for.
Could easily eat there every night.
Had a ride on a donkey up to the acropolis,
Not sure they enjoy it but was good fun nevertheless.
Would highly reccomend this place, but beware the price of drinks are expensive.
Paid €4.50-€5.00 for a pint!!
And thats the local beer!

Best place to stay------ Kokki 😉

Ps--the best chill out place is the rainbird bar, just up the hill from kokki.
