I booked a 5-night stay via their website. Provided correct payment details, got confirmation of the booking and notification that in about 48 hour they would charge my credit card the agreed amount. As they did not charge it and the apartment was still available on the website on some dates that were booked by me I inquired whether everything was OK with the booking. After another  day of waiting I got a message that the owner tried to charge the card but failed. In response I asked them to try again or send me account number for the money transfer. Within the next two days I got a message that the owner already rented it out to someone else. I lost a week when I could be looking for another accomodation. Had I not inquire I would probably still be thinking everything was OK and try to check-in on agreed date. This is not opinion on the apartment or on-site facilities but on the reservation process and customer relations/communication which is equally important for those planning to stay there.

Booking process - absolute fail

I have just returned from a week staying at levante apartment. it is clean and so spacious with a front porch and large balcony with a sea view. our kids loved the pool and had it to themselves a lot of the time. there are shops and a lovely tavern (lofos) in walking distance and banana beach is not a long walk (less than 20 minutes) although some of it is on the main road with no pavement. 
The whole place is so pretty and peaceful for a relaxing holiday but you can easily hire a car from the owner if you wish to explore 

amazing place

Aeolos is a beautiful hotel that is very well maintained by the family that runs it. It has about a dozen rooms that are cleaned daily, always with fresh towels. The swimming pool is nice, and because the hotel isn’t a huge sprawling complex like some others in Zante you can always get a seat and some peace and quiet. There are also lots of food options on site, with restaurants and more family focused bars (think ABBA tributes) only a two minute walk to Kalamaki. If you want to party, Laganas is just an €8 cab down the road.

The running of the hotel is definitely a family affair and they take great pride in making sure you have had a good stay, always saying hello when you enter and leave the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

lovely views,very clean accommodation,owner very friendly and helpful,large bbq,lovely pool,we had a brilliant two weeks there and have booked for next year! There is quite a steep slope up to villas .

Aeolos Zante Villas is the best place to be

Really nice location, we had the 2 level apartment,fully equipped in the kitchen. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. view over the sea.
Cleaning every day
We did arrange to be picked up by the owner, but we missed each other, no worries we took a taxi and with the help of google maps and some phone calls and the insurance from the taxi driver that" if we dont find it to night you can sleep at my place and we try again tomorrow", then we finally found it :-)))).The next day we leased a car from the owner and then we were off to see the island .
Banana beach , 3 times sailing, jumping in the clear blue/green water , ship wreck beach blue caves ,olive oil mills and so on . So our apartment was our base to sleep and eat breakfast, sometimes in the evening we vent out to eat in one of the many good tavernes and some times we made something in the apartment . 
Every thing is possible just remember to relax.
Also there is a nice swimming pool and just around the corner you find several shops to buy groceries and a small restaurant ,further down the road you find a very nice taverna ( we were there twice) owned by the sister to the apartment owner.

Away from the busy/crowded/tourist places, but easy to come around

This is probably the best place we have stayed on zante. Lovely stone villas, cleaned every day and clean towels and linen every 2 days. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Clean pool with great views and only a few minutes walk to vasilikos. 3 days free car hire was a  great added bonus. The WIFI was a bit hit and miss at times but this was just a minor inconvenience for us. All in all we were very satisfied and would not hesitate to book for our next visit
