AVOID!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. We were already in the ferry to Milos from Athens when the hotel decided to cancel our booking due to a supposedly double booking. We had booked our two bedroom apartment months ago. We were so disgusted and then suddenly had to panic book somewhere else. Luckily we were travelling off peak. If this had been later in the season we probably would not have found anywhere else to stay at such short notice. Dont risk your holiday by booking this hotel. They didn’t even have the courtesy to contact us directly. We just received notification via booking.com.

AVOID - CANCELLED BY THEM WITH NO NOTICE

We had a 4 person apartment at ground floor which was tidy, spankingly clean (as all the hotel), spacious and nicely decorated, with a sizeable terrace.
The owner and her cousin were excellent hosts (we still remember the home-made halva treat!), thank you so much for everything!
Location was great for our teenager children to be able to reach the port, where all the action is on foot in less than 5'. At the same time, as the hotel is situated on the main street leading to the Chora, there was a lot of traffic and noise during most time of the day. I have to say, though, the double layered windows, once closed, would leave 100% of this noise outside.
Parking is limited though, after all, it proved enough. If I had to write something, I would say the bathroom is a tad small and could use a renovation, as it seems somewhat out of touch with the rest of the apartment, which looks very fresh!
All in all, a very pleasant stay and great value for money, we would certainly visit again!

A very pleasant stay!

We had a nice 2 bedroom appartement with a kitchenette and bathroom. It was nicely equipped and clean. Dimitis welcomed us warmly and gave us useful tips. We were however disappointed as the apartment is next to the only main road in Adamas, which was quite busy, thus we could not use the terrace! On the other side it is very close to the port which is convenient! One has to balance advantages over disadvantages... at least you are aware!!

Nice apartment but close to main road

This great two bedroom property was a lovely surprise. We were three adults sharing the space. It has a great modern and clean bathroom, as well as a little kitchen. It is within walking distance to the port. The team there were so lovely, offering us a late checkout.

Beautifully presented

Very close to the Adamas port, this appartments are just perfect. Extremely calm, clean and romantic. The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and simple at the same time. so "Greek":), with all this blue, white and raw wood...so cozy and warm. The apartment is cleaned daily, the sheets are clean and smell of fresh laundry every day, which is extremely pleasant. Irene is just adorable. We will definitely try to come back. Thank you for making our honey moon special and romantic:)

PERFECT HONEY MOON

We were delighted with our choice of hotel in Adamas. I couldn’t agree more with the five-star reviews.  Our first floor room was a really good size, with the beds and side tables built into the walls and a bathroom that was like a lovely cave.  Everything you could have wanted was provided,  it was cleaned every day and towels changed regularly. The owner and her daughter were really friendly and helpful. The location was super, only a few minutes to a good supermarket and another few minutes down to the town.  There were lots of restaurants and bars heading towards the port area and others a short walk in the direction along by the sea. There was also an excellent bakery down by the front which seemed to stay open from 6:30 am to late evening.  The bread was fantastic, the tasty sandwiches very reasonable and they make the most beautiful cakes and pastries. Local buses left from just opposite the bakery.

The quality of rooms and service at the hotel exceeded what we expected for the price we paid. We will certainly return if we come back to Milos in the future

Absolutely central location, 3 mins walk from the beaten path to Adama’s main spots. 

Very characteristic, the beds and light sockets are built in the stone.

I would definitely come back here for my next time in Milos.

We found this hotel by reading the reviews and rented 2 rooms, one for us and one for my husband‘s parents. We were positively surprised once we arrived the hotel, with the rooms and the quality of the service here! It is an extremely clean hotel, even better than a lot of 5-stars, and a very warm family environment, which makes you feel like you are in your own summer house! I wouldn’t even consider another hotel when I come to Milos again in future.

Freshly washed bed sheet smell every night!

We were supposed to go to another hotel but were relocated in Giannoulis Hotel: we were so lucky ! The room was beautiful with two beds, a well furnished kitchen and a very nice balcony. The hotel is very well located, near the city center were you can find anything you need ! Moreover, there is a bus stop just near the hotel which is very helpful. The owner was very nice it was really a great pleasure to spend our stay there. Amazing ! 

Wonderful hotel ! 

We booked one of the apartments with the small kitchinette and everything was wonderful. The room was cleaned everyday, the bed sheets changed and the towels too, it was really clean when we came back from the beach. The staff is really nice, Flora is a nice girl and really polite, wants to make you feel at home. At the end we received as a goodbye gift from them 2 jars of Koufeta, some traditional sweet. The hotel is really good located, near the center of Adamas and near a supermarket. It was a really pleasant experience and I really recommend this place. It deserves a 10 :)
