This is simple, delightful, and extremely clean bed & breakfast a few houses back from a lovely pebble beach. The owners are a delightful Italian couple. They cooked us a full breakfast and could not have been nicer. We walked 3 minutes to the Periplous kayak site on the beach and had a marvelous day on the pristine waters. The beach is quiet and unspoiled. Great value, highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.  Large room, super comfortable bed, clean, kitchenette, clean towels, private parking in the yard, to the beach are maximum 2 minutes, tasty, diversified and quality breakfast.  We will definitely come back

If you are looking accommodation on Lefkada and want to feel like at home, looking a quiet and calmly place with parking (very important for Lefkada!), nice breakfast and pleasant environment - you must be a looking for Oceanis Rooms in Mikros Gialos. That is what you will get there! Maurita and Salvatore, the owners of this wonderful place, will give you even more. All info about beaches, Lefkada islands, excursions, rent a cars or boats etc...and rooms are decorated with so many tastes and small details that you will be delighted. True Italian style!!! The great advantage of this facility is that it is located only 50m from the excellent beach Mikros Gialos where you can find an excellent taverns with sea or national cuisine. Hotel is a pet friendly.

Feel like at home

The hotel is 2 minutes away from the sea / the beach. The rooms are extremely clean, stylish decorated and very well equiped (including air conditioning,a refrigerator and a small kitchen area).
The outside area is very organised, with terrace, parking space and a little courtyard in front of the rooms, where you can relax on a lounge chair under the olive trees.
The breakfast is very rich, varied and always fresh !

Salvatore and Maurita,the hosts, are very nice and kind people, they immediately made us feel welcome and took good care of us for the entire staying.
They helped us with all the information we needed about the island, the beaches and the good restaurants.
Their passion and love can be seen in every detail of the hotel's organization.

We had a wonderfull time and we hope to be back soon !

Everything about Oceanis Rooms is exceptional, a true example of how a place should be!

Great cozy place, close to the beach, very clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated, with reasonable price. Breakfast is nice, our favorite is greek feta cheese triangles. 
Salvatore and Maurita runs this place with love. They are always there to help, and they think about little details that makes your holiday perfect.

We enjoy our stay

what a lovely place to stay.  A small boutique hotel with a lovely couple who run it.  We spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed our stay.  We were catching up with family so the beach nearby was a great place to meet and there are quite a few Tavernas for dinner to choose from.  The accommodation was very clean and having a little kitchenette was a great bonus.  It is a short walk to the beach and the hotel itself has lots of shade so our balcony was a nice place to escape the sun in the heat of the day.  We would definitely recommend staying here :)
