Captain Yiannis welcomed us at our arrival and helped us until our room. He is always ready to assist you with anything you need help. The rooms are comfortable, wide, clean and comfortable. There is a free air conditioner and a ceiling ventilator over the bed which is great in the nights. Kitchen equipment is nice, sufficient and clean. The hotel is just 5 min walk away from the center and you can rent a bike/scooter closeby. Captain even gifted us two small bottles of ouzo at our departure.

Great accommodation in Kos Town

I can easily say this place feels me like i am in my own home, very lovely family business Yiannis the owner is a really a great man who have perfect hospitality. Room is cleaning everyday and towels change. Every detail is think carefully for costumor comfortaion. Price is too low for this quality...

Great place to be in

This place is a large and clean apartment which is close to the city center. The owner Captain Yiannis is a very friendly man. He gives all the information that you need in Kos. If you obey his advices you will be very happy. 
It is 15 to 20 minutes by walking from the port to the hotel. There are very close places which you can have your breakfasts.
The only thing we did not liked in the hotel was the curtains in the bathroom. We would prefer to see a more modern bathroom may be with a cabinet in it.
If you stay here you will get a surprise from Captain before you leave there. I would reccommend you to stay here.

Very good choice

Mr.Yiannis is very hospitable and friendly guy. Hotel is clean, no breakfast service but  10 min. to downtown by walking. Our room was clean and fully-equipped with 2 balconies at ground floor. And a surprised gift at check out.

Good for accommodation.

Family run complex with clean rooms, simple food that is well cooked and swimming pool with plenty of loungers. Very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help. Calm and quiet on the outskirts of the town with beaches also nearby.
