The hosts and their family make this a home from home. Returning after a few years away we were treated like family. Our two weeks stay was sheer bliss. The pool was fabulous and we are already planning to go back!   A tranquil setting yet close enough to local restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Just a great place to be - can't wait to return

Absolutely loved everything about this small, family run hotel.  There are only 10 rooms all overlook the pool and the sea. The rooms are basic, spotlessly clean and have a bathroom, fridge, hob, toaster and kettle along with aircon and a seating area outside. 

We wake to the sound of the cockerel and the bells of the sheep.  

We were made very welcome and given complementary wine and snacks on arrival and force fed baklava by Dino!! 

It’s 20 minutes into town and there is one bus a day to and from Agostoli.  You can hire cars in the village. 

It’s wonderfully chilled and the locals are incredibly friendly- it’s not posh but it’s just chilled, comfy and it’s the place to unwind.

Relaxing break in a magical place

Our 2nd visit to these lovely studios which tells its own story. Apartments are spotlessly clean and the setting with the mountainous backdrop one way and the sea only 15 mins the other way is amazing.The addition of the lovely pool is very welcome , rooms open directly onto pool area and have their own Sun loungers making it feel like you have the whole place to yourself.
What makes the Anastasia one of our favourite places to stay however is the hospitality of the family. Dina works incredibly hard to ensure we had the best holiday , nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing

Great apartments.Basic but everything you need. Lovely pool area and easy walk into town. 
Star of the show is Dina the owner. I have never experienced anywhere the kindness she shows to her guests. Fresh eggs from the chickens lemons from the trees snacks and cakes during the day. She works so hard and is just one of kindest people. Welcome bottle of wine, complimentary toiletries, tea coffee jams, honey and water. Pool towels supplied. Not things ypu would expect from a small and friendly hotel complex. 
Beers, water and soft drinks can be purchased at very reasonable price to save you walking up the hill with them. 
Thank you Dina and family for being lively hosts and we will be back.

Fantastic hosts

The location is amazingly rural considering it's only 15-20 minutes down to the seafront. Sheep and chickens live in the surrounding fields and are pretty much all you can hear from the poolside. The new infinity pool provides a very nice way to cool down. The rooms are light and airy and are kept spotless by the cheerful owner. Thoroughly recommended for a relaxing break! 

A little bit of heaven

This was by far the best Greek holiday apartment we have ever stayed at.  A friendly welcome when we arrived after 11pm.  A clear well kept apartment with everything you could need to start your holiday, teabags, crackers, jam a bottle of wine as well as soft slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit and hand wash in the bathroom.  Clear fluffy towels that smelled laundry fresh.
Waking to the sounds of the animals around, chickens, goats, cats and dogs was like being deep in the country side. An amazing view from our balcony took in the olive grove and high hillsides as well as the sparkle of the sea in the distance.
I highly recommend these apartments and wish Dina and her family a bright and happy future.  We will be back.

Greek excellence. An apartment worth visiting

Just spent a lovely week at Anastasia Studios, Katelios. I had read the previous five star reviews and was not disappointed. This was just what I was looking for and in my opinion as authentic Greek that you will get on a package holiday. The family who live on site could not do enough for you and are regularly about on their smallholding with the animals. The location is very tranquil about a twenty minute walk down a gentle hill to the front with the main tavernas/cafes/bars although a couple of tavernas and supermarket closer by. If you want a quiet relaxing break this is the place and I would definitely book again.

Authentic Greece

We stayed here for 3 weeks in August and from the moment we arrived we were treated like family.  Dina her family made us feel so welcomed. Accommodation was typically Greek and apartments had everything you needed for a really relaxing stay. There were even extras with the goats, chickens, ducks and many more animals that made it feel you were truly living with them and not just visiting. We had a great sea view from the first floor, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedding replaced regularly.  A lovely touch was the breakfast made for you for free on your first day, never tasted Greek yogurt and honey like it, along with an omelette made with fresh eggs from the chickens running out back, absolutely delicious.  Got to know Dina, Pops and her family so well (my name for him), that we were invited into their home twice for dinner, home cooked Greek food, the best lamb I’ve ever tasted.  I couldn’t recommend staying there anymore, you will not be disappointed.  Dina and family, thank you  for a fantastic stay and inviting us into your home, we hope to see you again soon. Fantastic Greek hospitality

Great place, run by super friendly Greek Family. Quiet setting with the sounds of anastasia animals, chickens, goats, sheep ...as this is also a small holding tendered by the family. Free off road parking or a 25 minute walk to the beach. Space to sit either outside in the rear communal space or a big private balcony of your own.We had a room on the ground floor with a view over the rear fields.

Perfect for a relaxed, authentic Greek Escape

Excellent for a budget holiday. The  family are so friendly and welcoming, with supplies in the room when we arrived, and a home cooked breakfast on our first morning. The room was clean and comfortable and the apartments were so quiet, just the sounds of the chickens and goats. The walk into the village was about 15/20 mins, just right for walking off  a hearty dinner in one of the excellent restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you like a peaceful break.
