Centrally located, halfway between the public thermal baths and the promenade where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are. Room spacious with balcony. Kitchenette perfect for the preparation of a hearty breakfast or a snack. Fair wifi reception. Everything spotlessly clean. Fluffy towels and luxury toiletries with olive oil make up for the slightly cramped shower and weak ventilation in the bathroom. Only drawback is the street noise, since every car and lorry going to and coming from the port passes in front of the hotel. But then again, every hotel on the main road with sea view faces the same issue. We had a room on the first floor. Rooms on the third floor might be less noisy. Besides, in high season the road is closed to traffic after 7pm. 
All in all a pleasant stay. Besides, the biggest asset of the hotel is the owner, Barbara, who is always cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Spotlessly clean

Kiapekos studios are really a good choice. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and well looked after. The welcome and service is warm and very hospitable. The breakfast is very good. The location is excellent, both for swimming in the warmed sea and for promenading along the sea front when they close it to motor traffic every night about 1930.
If I were to suggest an improvement it would be the addition of a kettle to each room.

Welcoming, comfortable and clean

We traveled to Evia for the first time, and chose to stay at Kiapekou, a central hotel, close to the beach and thermal springs. It is a family owned hotel, but the soul and spirit of it is Miss Barbara. From the first day to the last, she made sure everything run smoothly and in order, giving us help and information every time we needed. 
We stayed in a triple room, equiped with a spacious fridge and flat TV. We enjoyed a spacious room with sea view balcony, in which you could drink your coffee every morning and watch the sunrise. The hotel is impecably maintained. The cleaning service is equal to a five star hotel, with towels changed everyday.
The breakfast made by Barbara was tasty and different each time: from greek to continental.
As I said, the hotel was centrally located, so we had access to each part of the city, restaurants and markets.
All in all, it was an excellent trip, in which we didn't feel like tourists, but as family. Congatulations to all the staff from the hotel and to Barbara, for doing such a great job! We will be back soon!

Traveled to Greece, felt like HOME

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfectly clean, great location and cozy rooms. But the best was our host Barbara, that really brings soul and energy to this place so you feel like home. If we ever come back we'll definitely choose Studios Kiapekou.

From check-in to check-out, pure perfection! 
Decent size room with a big balcony overlooking the sea, top floor was the best choice. Cleanliness at 10/10. Tasty buffet breakfast with a good variety to choose from. Location just great, very close to thermal springs and tavernas, main road but pretty quiet. Easy to find and no issues with parking in the street (late June). 
The town itself is really nice and you can tell it must have been a lovely resort, with the type of classic architecture that makes you feel as if the time stopped. And finally, the greatest highlight was Barbara, the hostess, an amazing woman, full of energy, kind and always smiling! 
All in all, this is one of those not-easy-to-find small hotels with a big heart and an honest soul that make it really hard to leave. I hope I will be able to come back one day :)

Perfect.

Everything was excelent. Hotel is clean, on a wonderful location and the staff is very friendly. Our room was large, comfortable and quiet. It was very well equipped for those who want to cook for themselves. Caring and a lovely host, Barbara, is one of the kindest persons we have met. All our vacation we felt like we was among friends. 
If you plan to go to  Loutra Edipsou, do not hesitate to stay at G.Kiapekou.
