Ariadne House

We stayed at the Ariadne hotel for 10 nights as part of our Greek Island hopping holiday. The location was absolutely perfect being a 2 min walk away from the gorgeous beach with crystal blue waters and lovely early morning walks along the beach and cliffs The room was basic but large and comfortable. No bar or restaurant but we knew this and were happy and wanted to go out and explore . Room was cleaned every day . The breakfast was served in Macau beach bar which was great and you could have breakfast up to 11am , lovely friendly staff in Macau. We have to mention the wonderful manager, Lefteris who was also available with a smile to answer our many questions and give great information action and help. He really made a difference and was so warm, informative and welcoming. We would definitely return due to location, and the friendliness and although we went with a travel company Lefteris said to book direct and informed us of villas they also offer. We absolutely loved Naxos and Agios prokopios and will definitely return for more island hopping in Cyclades. We used the 10 days here as a base and took off for 2 nights to take boat to Paros and then Antiparos which was amazing. We will be back and thank you Lefteris for all your kindness and help.
