The best place to stay in Kallithea. It is very clean, comfy and you are on walking distance to everywhere. The host George is the kindest and he provides perfect service!! You won’t regret your stay there!!

One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in over our 22 years of visiting Greece. Giorgos and his mother, Eftichia made us feel very welcome and were on hand throughout the stay. Rooms were very clean with new linen provided regularly. Advice was given on the area and high level of English spoken. Apartments are situated within a short distance to the main town within walking distance. I truly feel that we have made friends for life and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone! Efharisto poli!!

The owners of Eytyxia apartments are very nice people & polite, very caring, always ready to help you.It is a place where you feel very comfortable. we are very satisfied from our stay, cleaning, value of the room!

Very clean rooms and we have the most perfect holidays!

I stayed here for 4 nights with one of my friends and it was great! The owner Mr George is really kind and welcoming and was always willing to give advice & recommendations on where to go ! The apartments are only like a 5/6 min walk from town where there are shops & restaurants. And the beach is about 10 min walk but there is a steep hill to walk down! The closest nightclubs are about 20-25 min walk or 5 mins in a taxi! All of the facilities in the apartment worked fine! I really loved the aesthetic of the place ! Overall good value for money ☺️👍

Lovely apartments & very hospitable owner !

I stayed for a week @ Eytyxia Apartments and I have to say that it was a good place to stay for a holiday. It is true that it is not in the area indicated in the website bookig.com, but it's not owner's fault. The area is very quite and perfect if you are looking for relax. You can reach the sea in 10 minutes walking, going through the nice city center. Close to the center and to pubs and restaurants, the best thing oh the apartments is the owner's kindness and politeness.
Cheap apartment and perfect stay!

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW TILL THE END OF IT...

We stayed here for 2 nights and we had 2 rooms for 4 people. We made our reservation 2 months ago when we were going to stay. But they forced us to change our dates few days ago our arrival. They sent me too many mails directly and they made our travel agency (Booking.com) to call me 4-5 times to convince me to change our dates. Even if i told them that it was hard to change our dates, they kept bothering me. Then we had to change our dates because it was high season so most of hotels were fully booked and the others had high prices for us. But i wish we wouldn't change our dates and wouldn't stay there.
 
Even if we don’t seek for luxury we had some problems regarding just basic requirements like cleaning or keeping the room away from insects. 

There is no room cleaning, even dumping trash bins or renewing toilet papers, towels etc. 

Even there is a kitchenette in the room, there were not enough stuff to cook or washing the dishes (no dish sponge, no dish detergant), even no salt. We asked the owner for some salt but he said that he didn't have any salt?! (He also lives there)
There are lots of mosquitos and other flying insects but there is no mosquito net on the window frames. So there were too many mosquitos and insects were in the room.

Even we had 2 different rooms, he didn't allow us to pay by 2 different credit cards. So we had to pay half by credit card and half as cash.
 
BUT THE WOST PART IS...ON 17TH OF SEPTEMBER, I HAD A PHONE CALL FROM THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL. HE STARTED TO SHOUT AT ME BECAUSE OF MY NEGATIVE REVIEW ON BOOKING.COM. LITERALLY HE THREATENED ME FOR TO ERASE MY COMMENT. HE TOLD ME "YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS; YOU HAVE TO ERASE YOUR COMMENT OTHERWISE YOU WILL COME TO GREECE AGAIN, I WILL FIND YOU AND IT WOULDN'T BE SOMETHING NICE FOR YOU!" I TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT ERASE MY REVIEW BUT WOULD DO SOMETHING TO MAKE HIM PUNISHED LEGALLY. AFTER THAT HE CALLED ME 2 TIMES MORE BUT I DIDN'T RESPONSE HIS PHONE. THEN HE SENT ME 3 MORE TEXT MESSAGES IN DIFFERENT DAYS AND WROTE SIMILAR THINGS.

As you can see from the other negative reviews, we are not the only ones who didn't like his place. So probably he does the same thing somebody else. I would like to warn you about that kind of unpleasant and rude owner. Don't go there!

The worst place and the rudest owner that we have ever seen! DON'T GO THERE!

Initially the owner welcomed us in a very friendly way and yes indeed we was quite alright in the beginning. He gave me a very good impression but that was it.
Everyday he was asking weird questions, like where is your friends (pointing out why you came back alone), what time are going out and coming back tonight.....Bottom line: He was checking up on us all the time and also not only on us but when we spoke to the other quests they were sharing mutual feelings and opinions too. 
I was disappointed by the owners' behaviour even if they had a beautiful smile on their faces everyday.
Furthermore, he never cleaned the room and he never asked us if we wanted him to clean it. In a way he was always asking questions in his favour that he was interested to.
Moreover, he was not checking for toilet paper and we had to ask him to bring one and he never did.
The air-conditioning external unit was very loud and it was not helping at all during the night. 
The quality of the rooms were just ok, I would rate them 2 out of 5 and also the wifi signal was horrible, very weak.
To sum up, I wouldn't recommend these apartments at all. If you have the opportunity to stay somewhere else...go ahead, I believe it is gonna worth it.

Worst Apartments EVER!!!

First, the location is NOT the same as on the MAP! I have the location attached to this review. The surroundings of the aparments is a little bit scary at night, there are not much buildings, the internet is slow and not always working. Also, the air condition was not working in our room.

Overall, if you want to be away from the center, this is a good place, but i think it's quite far.
