Warm welcome, spacious and modern reception and atrium, plenty of seating plus a self service mini mart. Good wifi and bed was comfortable.The reception team were friendly and no problem storing our luggage day of departure. The room was a little dated but still had everything we needed. The bathroom was fine but if you were a rugby or NFL player, the shower would be snug. The only downside was the room was very warm and the heating control kept returning to a higher temperature despite our efforts. We had the windows open in mid December trying to cool the room. We did speak to reception but as we weren’t returning each night until late, it didn’t get solved. Location was good - short walk of about 10/15 minutes from the main HBF station, quiet enough on the top floor, and good access to the metro/underground train. We would stay again.
