I think those apartments are the worst what I have met before during my practice of booking. First of all, they take full price before 1 week at your arrival. If you have some problems and cannot arrive it will not bother them and they will not do any refund. They didn't answer my requests and as far as I know this is normal practice for them.

Unfriendly staff

We stayed here for 5 nights and was overall happy with the apartment.

The apartment we had was on Schonholzerstrasse and was on the Berlin Wall trail. It is also close to a U Bahn station and tram stops. 

It was a large mostly comfortable apartment, with decent facilities. Decent cooker, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. Also had dining table with 4 chairs.  Great shower room and comfortable bed.

Only negative was the couches were not comfortable, more bed settees than somewhere 
you would sit for any length of time. The wifi signal was poor if you need the internet.

Good Sized Apartment in Quiet Area

I booked comfort-one bedroom apartment at Rheinsberger Str.9.-4th Floor.

This apartment is very very nice, clean, big and very comfortable. I feel like Im at home. I will come here again!

Very good for family&friends trip

The resort is located centrally and it's very comfortable. The check-in was smooth and efficient. The rooms are equipped with all amenities. You can stay for a week or a month and you will be comfortable as ever. Both the U bahn and tram stations are walking distance. The Berlin Wall memorial is also nearby and so are the party clubs. Do give it a try and you won't regret it. 

Nicely located and comfortable

3 of us stayed here in April and we were shocked that this had been rated 8.5/10!   First of all we were angry at getting an email the night before we flew to say we had to pay cash on arrival! Had to change extra money at UK airport so not a good start.  
We stayed in Apt no 6 and the décor left a lot to be desired. Was a bit run down, what little furniture there was looked old and cheap, dirty marks on the walls, crockery chipped, curtains didn't fit windows, shower curtain dirty, blind too small in bathroom so it was possible to see in through the clear window. All in all it didn't spoil our break but I wouldn't go back there.  I have to say the location was very good! :-)
