This owner of this place is simply amazing, helpful and kind. he will manage all your tours and things to do in Tbilisi and Georgia. Rooms are clean and spacious. the area is calm and super safe. no noise whatsoever, also it's in a walking distance from the Metro and a bus stop exactly at the door of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay in Georgia and the owner of the hotel provded me with help and also arranged my tours around Georgia (Kakheti, Borjomi, Kazbeghi and many many more) and prices for the hotel and tours are very affordable and fair. I stayed there in July 2017, i didn't find "July 2017" in the drop down menu that's why I chose August 2017. :)
