The location is very good, and the room on the first floor is comfortable.

We booked a different room than the one we were given (King Suite, with private bathroom) but found other guests were using it when we arrived, and were therefore put in a bedroom with no private bathroom. When we mentioned it to the owner, he just said "sorry"and would not even offer a compensation (we eventually paid for a better room, and got something of a "lower standard") which we believe is not normal. Bear in mind though that the "King suite" is on the ground floor and therefore offers limited privacy... The kitchen could be cleaner too...

Convenient location. There were issues with what currency to pay with when we arrived.
There seemed to be no official hostel staff available so there was no way of contacting the owner other than by email.There was a kitchen but no breakfast. Air conditioning was a somewhat inefficient fan and the hot water and wifi was intermittent. We had to use treated sleeping bags rather than the bed linen provided which was a bit off putting.
We did get pears and a glass of wine when we arrived and did eventually,by chance get the advertised airport transfers.
Worth checking other reviews, our experience was very different to the positives. I made the mistake I don't usually do of checking how many reviews the reviewers have made.
In sum, handy location but not really any facilities, including available staff

I stayed a week or so at this hostel. The owners are great people and are very helpful. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The location is perfect! The only thing I would suggest is to make people smoke cigarettes outside of the fence area. People smoke in the common area outside the kitchen and all of the smoke goes in the kitchen and inside the house in to the rooms. That was the only problem. Everything else was perfect! I highly recommend this hostel.

Great hostel!

If you are considering booking at this hostel please read my review to avoid a really BAD EXPERIENCE. 

We booked this property online back in August. We arrived yesterday (November 1st), the day of our check in, at the time we had said we would arrive. We waited in front of the house for 10 minutes, but after seeing that nobody was there and there was no bell, we called the number we had and sent a text message to inform that we were waiting outside. Since there was no reply, we decided to enter to the small frontal courtyard (there was no lock). We kept calling but there was no answer. After waiting for other 10 minutes we decided to knock on one of the doors of the house. An old lady opened the door, but since she didn’t speak English she pointed to another door inside the same complex. We knocked on the door and after another 10 minutes a girl showed up, very surprised to see us there. Meanwhile, we kept trying to call or contact the property using our phone. The girl spoke English so we asked her about the hostel, and we told her that we had a reservation. She said that it used to be a hostel, but that the owner was renting her and her family the entire house for 6 months, so there was no chance that we had a reservation. We started panicking, but asked her to help us contacting the owner. She went inside to get her phone and started calling, but she said he wasn’t answering. We asked her about the phone number (we confirmed that we had the same one), we showed her the pictures of the room we supposedly book (to confirm we were in the right place), and after confirming that it was the right place, we left. 

We started looking for the hostel online, and we saw that it was still available at a lot of different online agencies, so we thought it was only a mistake, or that there might be an empty room somewhere in the complex or something. Besides, one week before our arrival, we received a message asking for our arrival time, and no problem was mentioned at all. We decided to have lunch while we figured out what was happening. While we were having lunch we sent another text to the owner, telling him that a girl had told us that the entire house was rented for 6 months, so we had left to have lunch. He finally replied saying that it was true. That he was sorry and that he could help us look for another hostel on the same street. Of course we didn’t want anything to do with him. The fact that he hasn’t taken down the hostel from the booking sites, or that he didn’t let us know before, makes me think it is all a trick, and not a mistake. 

So, to avoid surprises, don’t book at this hostel. The truth is that it is rented for 6 months, so the hostel doesn’t exist anymore. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT SWEET HOME HOSTEL!

Do not book here whatsoever!

House is clean. Owner is Misho/Mikhail who knows English well and he can offer you tours with extra payments. His father is a good supportive man. He has done more than expected. He knows Georgian/Russian and a little bit German.Air conditioning, WiFi, Refrigeration, Wash-machine are good. It's actually a house shared to you. I liked this place, they are very nice & friendly.
