Manoir Melphil

My partner and I stayed at Manoir Melphil for two nights. The owners were so pleasant and couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. The breakfasts were absolutely divine. The owner formerly owned patisseries in Paris. Each morning he baked a huge array of fresh pastries and cakes-pain au chocolate, pain au raisin, brioche, pain au pommes, croissants etc, each pastry more tempting than the previous one!! We were also given freshly squeezed orange juice, toast and as much tea and coffee as we required. We had a large room on the first floor. The en-suite was sizeable with two wash hand basins and a full size bath. There were lots of candles and incense available too. The room also had tea and coffee making facitlities. The house was located within easy reach of Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville and Pont L'Eveque. We will definitely return!!
