Pascal is a charming host and the building is a very pretty old house in a picturesque village. Our room was very comfortable and charming with a wonderful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and made a very good start to our days. I highly recommend staying there.

Excellent place to spend a few days exploring the area.

Great place to relax and enjoy the countryside!!. The house has 4 confortable rooms with a nice patio and big jacuzzi to relax. It is perfect for cyclist since you can enter the bikes in the patio and leave your stuff without fear of being robbed. Pascal, the owner, is a great host. Open, friendly and attentive to all your needs. Breakfast is really nice to recover calories for a good cycling day.

Great place to relax and enjoy cycling!!

The room and bathroom are spacious, very clean and modern and the breakfast was perfect each morning. The garden is beautifully designed and decorated. We enjoyed the many walks in the direct vincinity of Mas Peu Del Causse and it is just a 30 min drive to the coast and to inland medieval villages. Very sympathetic owner who will walk that extra mile to be of service. Well done and we will return!

A wonderful place and very comfortable!

When we arrived, we found a very welcomingly prepared house and we could choose the room we liked most. It was a hard choice, as all rooms were very nicely decorated. It felt a lot like being at a home and we liked the place so much, we spontaneously extended our stay. 
Pascal, the owner, prepared breakfast every day with a choice of local products. He also was helping with every question we had, recommended local restaurants and attractions to visit.

We also choose to get an Ayurvedic massage from Chantal, and we do absolutely recommend it. Actually this was the most relaxing and peaceful stay we had in the last few years. We are already planning our next visit in spring ;-)

Awesome and relaxing place, absolute recommendation for peace seekers

Quiet little village, lovely picturesque gite well maintained and decorated. Six of us booked and arrived to be told we could not use the kitchen. We complained and we got a grudging agreement. The website clearly says kitchen available to guests! Don't plan on cooking anything fancy, limited pots pans. But ideal for summer outdoor BBQ etc. We had a small neat clean room, our friends had lovely large rooms lovingly furnished. Relationship with owner improved, very chatty about history of house and village and surrounding sights. 

The gite is lovely but our welcome was not!

"Like a little castel in the vineyards"

Stayed for two nights in Peu del Causses with my husband. A beautiful old stone building, very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Marie, the host was very helpful in telling us about the area , she speaks excellent English , is a reserved lady who is never intrusive. The courtyard with little tables dotted around for breakfast is idyllic and makes for such a relaxing start to the day. The jacuzzi is an extra special touch. Marie does not make meals in the evening but is happy for guests to picnic in the courtyard. Breakfast does not have a huge choice but perfectly adequate with a lovely selection of breads and pastries, yoghurt, peaches, a few cheese slices and jam and honey. This is one of the nicest chambre d'hotes we have stayed in.

A Perfect Haven

We stayed one night in this lovely place. It is a perfect location if you want couple of relaxing days off the highway (as we did). Owners are great! 
things of must: nearby medieval village, Thuir Byrrh factory across the hill, hiking quietly around. Buy wine across the street (tbe only remainig winery out of 3). Try oysters while driving back to coast.
 

Very good place to stay and relax..

Idyllic small village setting, across the small street from a vineyard.  Nice size room, friendly hosts.  The winemaker didn't speak english, and my my French is not so good, so he hollered across the street and she translated during the tour.  Later, after the place had closed, when I wanted to purchase a bottle, they let me in with their key to the warehouse.  Fabulous launching point for long walks in the hills up to CastleNou.
