Domaine du Papillon

We have just spent 3 nights at this beautiful location. The welcome from Christoph and Sabine was very friendly. We were greeted with a much needed drink upon arrival before being shown around the house. An atmosphere of calm makes a stop here very restful. Being able to come and go as we wished was just what we needed as we were travelling around on bicycles and needed to cool of in the pool whenever we finished our daily rides. Our room was spotlessly clean, as was the whole property. The bed was extremely comfortable and could be adjusted as it was electric (Room 4). Having a fairly private area outside the room to relax in made the stay exceptional. Breakfast was excellent with fruit, meats, cheese, yogurt, pastries etc and endless coffee. Being able to make tea and coffee freely throughout the day was very welcome. Would we stay here again if in the area - most certainly. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable,restful and peaceful book here if you can, you will not be disappointed.
