Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. For guests arriving after 20:00, please note that a EUR 40 extra fee will apply. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Parking is subject to availability upon arrival or needs to be reserved in advance. If the name of the credit card holder/company is different from the name of the person physically present, then an identity document will be required for each occupant or a copy of cardholder's ID.
