My daughter booked Santa trip through Tui ..absolutely fantastic .
We stayed at this hotel for four nights ,full board .

We had a family room ,just behind reception.
Room was perfect,well equipped..
Full kitchen amenities..dish washer..microwave, kettle ..Hobb ..plenty pots and pans .
If you are going self catering everything you need .
Super market is 10 minutes walk.
Fantastic airing cupboard, which dries your snow suits effectively.
Rooms are spacious..plenty room for family of four .

Shower room ,with sauna.

We had breakfast,lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Porridge is the best I’ve ever eaten , Mrs Claus secret recipe I was told ☺️
Plenty of choice ,something for everyone..my grandchildren never went hungry..and they can be a little fussy .

Lunch and dinner was equally excellent…
Staff are all very nice , but I believe if you treat someone respectfully, warm and friendly..they reciprocate it .

Hotel has a regular bus service to a nearby ski resort..(7 euros each way ,per person..we booked a private taxi 20€..
It is free to sledge there ..the children had great fun for a couple  of hours .
We then lit a fire in a nearby yurt ( wood and matches there for your use ,free)

Part of our holiday booking included a trip to Santa village ,husky ride ,and snowmobile ride ..

I can fully recommend this hotel ..
It has always been top of my bucket list to visit Lapland at Christmas..so lucky to have my been ..
Pure magical from start to finish.

We were even saw the northern lights!..wow

Magical wonderland ..

Very clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel is bike friendly. We checked into the hotel after a long day biking in the rain. They have a lovely sauna, breakfast was really good, washing facilities and a great bar too. The room had beds that were too soft to our liking but that is the only complaint. Our building looked extremely new and we are already talking about a trip again this winter!! Oh and you can walk to the grocery store in 5 minutes and other restaurants if you wish.

Great family experience. We have never been a winter holiday as a family and this was an amazing experience. Hotel was clean and food great for our fussy kids. The scenery is unbelievable and local people very friendly. Highly recommended to visit

Magical

Everything was good. The breakfast was very good.

Could not fault the whole experience, the TUI flight was festive with games, songs and Santa landing on the roof, the accommodation was perfect, we stayed in a log cabin which are out of the way and had such an authentic feel with it's own sauna, the cabin was warm, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed, even extra shower gel and shampoo. We really enjoyed the food even my slightly fussy 7 year old. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. There were plenty of sledges around and lots of mounds to play on. We loved our Santa day at the Snow Village hotel which was breathtaking, and the snowmobile trip to see the real Santa! He was so authentic! The supermarket is a short walk away and behind it is the frozen lake with the Yllas swing. We also visited nearby Konnijannka petting farm and the hotel booked our taxi. We loved every minute of our stay! Didn't feel busy or touristy which is just how we wanted it. 

Exactly as I imagined Lapland to be.

The cabin has one bedroom and a combined living room and kitchen. It is spacious for three persons. It is very clean. The kitchen has all the things needed for cooking, a waterboiler and a cofee maker. It also has own sauna.
Apart from the two single beds, the sofa bed was large enough for two persons. 
The breakfast had many variety of food incl. e.g., newly baked bread, smoked salmon.
Staff were friendly and helpful. 
There could be blackout curtains because the night is very bright in the summer.

A very good hotel

A wonderful, cozy hotel in the middle of a forrest, next to Akaslompolo lake. Nothing much around, which adds to the charm - ski tracks right next door to most of the rooms/apartments. Short walk to breakfast and the pool/sauna is an added bonus, even though all rooms/apartments have saunas. Fireplace in the apartment is lovely and adds to the coziness. Breakfast is plentiful and despite very large groups, there is a calm about the place (unlike the hectic and noisy Sirkantahti in Sirka/Levi). Alpine skiing is a short bus journey away. Kittila irport is about 1.5 hours away. Staff are wonderful and despite some rooms/kitchens in need of modernisation, it's a really comfortable place to stay. Much nicer than the Sirkantahti iin Levi (part of the same Laplands Hotel chain). WiFi is excellent throughout and there is an amazing smoked fish shop next to hotel reception.
