Amazing place, a few hidden bars around. One to go to is Nogoum Bar. Top drinks made within your all inclusive like margarita and burgers was so good!  Ibrahim was the man, well looked after us. Five stars. Best service even when I have not tipped. But when I did it was well appreciated

This Hotel is amazing. Drinks and Food are tastefull. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Animation Team is the best they have lot of activities and brillant Programm in evening at the Beach. Best vacaition we are definetly coming back.

Amazing vacaition

This is our second time to Jaz Bluemarine.It feels like we’ve come home.I cannot fault anything about this hotel, staff or facilities.It is a gem of a property and staff cannot do enough.A special mention to Hussien from Island Bar, nothing is too much trouble, he is always smiling! A real credit to the hotel! Thankyou Hussien for helping us enjoy our holiday.Good luck with everything you do.

Home from home

The bar area is very comfortable and they were very good at getting the drinks to us in a speedy manner.

They serve crisps which was a nice change.

Ahmed kassem served us well and we found the service very good

Ibrahim was also very good at checking in on us and making sure we were happy with our drinks.

Nogoum bar

Achmet Kassem was the best Bartender - we loved to have a talk with him and he always had a joke for the Kids. 
Spending Holidays in Bluemarine was very great and we absolutly recomand it. 
Enjoy at the Pool and relax at the Nogoum Bar and meet Achmet there.

3rd visit to the Jaz another great stay! Hotel grounds are lovely, staff are great can’t do enough for you. So many pools to choose from but never struggle for a sunbed. Plenty of choice for food places food is varied every day always something to eat.  Entertainment staff are great.
Already looking forward to my next stay hopefully back very soon!

Another lovely stay

Having stayed at both, the Bluemarine is far better than the Aquamarine, as the cocktail bar is nicer though smaller, and the Amaya Restaurant is excellent due to the service you receive. Food is repetative across all restaurants but to be expected as A/I work on weekly menus. A bit out of sync some days with a curry but no sides and then other days indian sides and no curry but no big issue. My wife is a veggie and fussy and usually found something to eat though. There are 17 pools in total. I would describe the resort as 1 resort with a hotel at either end. The rooms in both hotels are the same, wiffi a bit slow and intermittant. The Four Corners and Topaz Restaurants are more like canteens and they are self service for your drinks where as the Amaya is table service. All you get for your extra money between Aquamarine and Bluemarine is access to a couple more visits to the A-la-cartes which are hit and miss. TUI Reps at Bluemarine REHEMY and REMY where brilliant as was guest relations MICHELLE COLLIN. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went beyond with there help. 

All staff were very good and due to that we would visit the Bluemarine again. I would book through another agent in future though as TUI dont care that the flight out was delayed 5 hrs and flight home delayed 19 hrs and have washed there hands of us. Great hotel, but truly shocking travel agents.

Jaz Bluemarine in Hurghada, Egypt, is a family-friendly resort offering spacious rooms with garden or pool views, multiple pools with water slides. Dining includes various international cuisines, though buffet variety could improve. The friendly staff and daily entertainment make for an enjoyable stay, despite occasional crowding during peak seasons. Ideal for families, the resort provides a relaxing getaway with plenty of activities. Huge shout out for Hanna and Tylie from entertainment they are full of good advice.

Best vacation this year

Extremely good food and drunk would definitely come back again especially the island bar food and drink mohamed moustafa was brilliant with service 5 star all around. Would definitely recommend this to all please try the island bar!!!!!!

Absolutely brilliant service!

We had been to Egypt before but Sharm not Hurghada, we much preferred here to Sharm. The hotel is very big as it’s is seamlessly attached to its sister hotel the aquamarine. The Blumarine is the quieter of the two with less children and we were thankful for that. There were many good things about the hotel which we enjoyed, with a few tweaks it could be made even more enjoyable. The jewel in the crown at this hotel is the staff. Each and every one of them are smart, professional and most importantly, cheerful! They can’t do enough for the guests and go above and beyond to make your holiday experience special. I can only relate to our own experiences, whilst there have been some negative comments regarding the food, we found it very good, always hot and fresh, plenty of choice, plenty of available tables in the restaurant and always found something tasty to eat. Tip - eat in the Zelaa restaurant above reception, it’s quieter. Drinks were good although a few more premium drinks would be nice (pink gin!). The cocktails in the Noguom bar behind reception are fantastic! Ahmet the waiter there is an absolute star and looked after us brilliantly throughout our stay. Plenty of sun beds, availability was never an issue, lunch at the pool bar was the usual affair, burgers, pasta, chicken etc, which was all fine. The pool boys work tirelessly to keep the pool areas spotless and over the two hotels there are plenty of both pools and attendant staff. We were pleasantly surprised to find the pool boys perform a sunglasses cleaning service for free as they come round your sun beds, something we have never experienced anywhere else and we have stayed at many 5 star hotels. They do a fantastic job, my sunglasses have never been so clear! The beach is a ten minute walk through the hotels due to the size of the complex. The main evening entertainment is at the beach. It’s not really suitable for snorkelling or even swimming much as the tide goes  way, way out.but it’s sandy, with sun beds, but it didn’t really bother us as we prefer being around the pool. The main entertainment at the beach is the standard fair of travelling shows and the hotel entertainment team, there is alternative chilled entertainment at two of the. Terrace bars with a singer or musician, which is more chilled if you want to avoid the masses. Rooms are fine and all face inwards towards the garden and pool. DON’T pay extra for a pool view as we did, they are all pool views and all rooms at the Blumarine are the same standard. I mentioned this to the Tui rep who after consulting with his manager agreed we shouldn’t have paid extra and refunded us the fee we paid to upgrade. So yes, it’s a great brand and a great hotel,  but there are some small negatives which could be improved. There are numerous a la carte restaurants at the hotel, we ate at the Italian which seems the most popular and was a good experience, however, guests can only book one a la carte restaurant a week, which isn’t enough and was disappointing, I believe guests at the Aquamarine can book more. The main disappointment with this hotel is the lack of shower and changing facilities for guests leaving on evening flights. There are none. The staff suggest guests use the public open showers at the beach designed for people to wash off sand and salt water. There are a couple of cubicles adjacent where travellers can change into their leaving clothes. This arrangement is wholly unacceptable for a 5 star hotel and I would expect better. This and the lack of A la carte booking opportunities will make us look elsewhere when visiting Hurghada, which is a shame as there are many things about this hotel which are great. Resolve these and we will be back!

Great hotel, great holiday, a couple of little improvements would make it perfect.
