To the wonderful team at Mercure Hurghada, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding hospitality and unforgettable experience I’ve enjoyed during my stays at your beautiful resort — especially as this marks my seventh visit. The reason I keep coming back is simple: the people. From the moment I arrive, I feel truly at home. A special thank you goes to Mr. Hamdy from the Food & Beverage team, whose professionalism and warmth always stand out. I would also like to recognize Mr. Essam, the Acting General Manager, whose leadership and care are clearly reflected in the atmosphere and the dedication of every team member. Mercure Hurghada is not just a resort — it’s a place of genuine smiles, comfort, and relaxation. The entire staff, from housekeeping to reception, restaurant teams to animation — each person plays a role in creating an atmosphere that’s both welcoming and unforgettable. I’m afraid to mention names for fear of missing someone, because truly, everyone deserves recognition. Thank you for making each of my visits so special.
