If you need a place to stay in Trebon you won't make a mistake with these apartments. Spacious rooms, location just across a train station and 10 minutes to town centre. But above all the level of service! I am not supposed to say what it was, but we got 2 gifts on our arrival.

You can pay with a card on arrival and internet works really well, could be used as a remote office place.

Overall very pleased.

Just make sure to contact the owner before your arrival so she can meet you up and give you the keys.

Service that is above and beyond

Although we had visited the area for several times, this time I was amazed again by a beautiful countryside, friendly and welcoming people and amazing accomodation we had - complete luxury for a very reasonable prize.

Great relaxation

We stayed in this apartment for 6 days. It is very well located to visit UNESCO World Heritage sites and is close to the city centre (5 minutes walk) and the lake(10 minutes walk). The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and very clean. Our house has been renovated during the stay. Good soundproofing of the rooms. The owner and his son are very available (the latter speaks English). We strongly recommend this rental!

That's a good one!

We got tired real quick of all the Disney charade we saw in Cesky Kumlov and wanted real and authentic.  Heard about this place off the beaten path and the town was great, and great fish too.  As for our apartment, clean, comfortable and operated by Dona and her son Karel.  Not everyone speaks English in these parts but Karel did and the rest was done with Google translate app and nothing was missed.  We had been traveling for over a week now, clothes getting used more than twice and they cleaned an ironed them.  All in all this town and simple accommodation was the best of our trip, we like so much we did 2 nights, and we go to 5 star places and then places like this where I say 5 star for comfort, authenticity and location without all the bells.

The unexpected was a great surprise!

Apartment  has everything you need for short staying, bright, clean, furniture modern and in excellent shape;  owners polite, extremely warm and friendly, available for any info/request - important that you call them hour before arriving;  we were with car so excellent having parking place foc, Very good location (5min walking from Trebon center, very close to Telč, Ceske Budojevice, etc..). …apartments to highly recommend

Satisfied

This apartment is HUGE!  It is well appointed with L shaped sofa, huge flat screen TV, large bath with  plenty of towels,  dish towels etc.  comfortable beds.  The kitchen has two flat burners, microwave, small refrigerator,  sink,   dishes and cooking utensils.

Wonderful breezes come through the 5! windows. There is a table with 4 upholstered chairs.  There  is bike storage in the basement.  Ample parking if you come by car.  Simply walk across the street if you come by train.  There is a free shuttle to the center that stops across from the front door that goes to the town center about every 20 minutes or it is a 5 to 10 min walk.   There is also a parking lot at the entrance to the town square.  So you are located near everything without paying center city prices or dealing with those crowds in high season.  We chose Trebon for a bit of R and R during a 5 country tour and this apartment  is perfect. 
 
Free wifi works well and there are many electric outlets.

The location could not be better!!  As soon as you leave the town square you are in farm country and fields where these apartments are located, yet we are so close to the town square you can walk to it in 5 - 10 min.  We have 5 large windows looking out on farmland,  parks,   and the small train station directly across the street which also serves as a bike rental shop (bikes $1.60 US per hour or $8 for 5 hours.. The trains are very quiet . The warning bell sounds like a muted school bell.   I don't hear them with the windows open unless I pay attention.

A paved  or packed dirt bike and running path is at the back and front doors which has a 12K and a 22K loop around the lakes, the town,  and the other beautiful areas of the countryside.

This new building was built by the owner himself who is an archetect and he is very proud of his work.  His wife, Dana,  met us and is a most gracious hostess.  She speaks little English - enough to explain all about the apartment and then she put her son on her phone who does speak English to explain  to us about payment etc.  

Arrival involves a call to either +420 736 76 76 13 for CZ  or +420 773 590 242 for English .   If you don't have a phone, pay phones are readily available in the town and probably in the station across the street or you could arrange ahead for a specific time.  Dana seemed to have dropped everything and come immediately when called from the apartment.  She was there within 5 minutes.   They are on call for questions via phone or email also and responded quickly to our questions..

Markets are in easy distance.  

This has been a highlight of our trip - both the town and Apartmany Na Seniku

I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

We had a night on the way. The landlady asked us in advance to either tell her the arrival time or call 10 minutes early. We called shortly before arrival and they came in two (mother and English-speaking tower) to give us the keys, show us the apartment and clear the finances. It's a shame we only stayed one night: nice apartment - new kitchen and bathroom, big flat screen TV, nicely furnished living room and big bed. Everything was very clean, kitchen well equipped (tea and coffee were available, for example). The location is also very good, in a few minutes you're very quiet in the city center - but located next to the train yard. Overall price ratio is super!!
