Nice, quiet and very clean apartment in the center of the city. Everything is within walking distance and we would definitely stay here again. The manager was very helpful and wonderful person to deal with!

Great Location!

Aparments are situated on the 5th floor of the beautiful house in Horní square just few steps from Town hall, Theatre, Dolní square. It look like brand new after renovation. We had a B aparment and it was fantastic however it is called economy. There is big bed, TV, fridge, kitchen, large bathroom and great air-conditioning (our stay was during tropic days). Towels are included as well. Rates are very fair and there is no reason go to hotel because many 4 stars hotels do not meet this quality.

Modern apartment in heart of Opava

Studio 58 has spacious, clean, quiet, conveniently located (very easy to find from the train station and in the center of town), and comfortable apartments with kitchenettes that have everything one needs to cook and have tea (except the tea, of course), including fresh towels and paper towels. The WiFi was spotty at times, but this was a minor inconvenience. The price is very reasonable. Great for independent travelers because they give you your keys and ask you to drop them off in the mailbox by check-out time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for independent travelers

We stayed here for two nights. The rooms have everything you need and even a TV and a small kitchen were you could cook. Wifi worked very well! The room was clean, the bathroom too. It was really quiet. If there were newer mattresses I'd rate with five points.

Nice room and budget option in the city center

The room is confortable and clean. 

The reception women is very nice! 

Only the hotel is located in the part of walking street. The car cannot park just in front of hotel, it's a little big pity. But finally we found the public parking.

The shower water is not enough hot, it's also one part of disadvantage. Tired after a long day , unfortunately it was cold during the shower. 

Anyway, it's still a comfortable room with the price attractive!
