Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Kas na Nort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 700 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the 50% prepayment deposit must be paid by bank transfer at least 4 weeks before arrival. Please note that between 20 and 52 kWh of electricity per day is included in the price, depending on the number of guests. Any additional electricity usage will be charged separately at a rate of USD 0.50 per kWh. The security deposit is fully refundable within 8 days after check-out, subject to deductions for any additional electricity consumption and any damage done to the accommodation.
