I have been staying in Zulim two times for a week with family and friends. Perfect place to enjoy relaxed holidays. Clean and nice apartments with perfect location in quiet Seget Donji, walking distance to Trogir and easy to explore Split and other cities and national parks. Short walk to beaches and pool area is also always clean and perfect for kids. Best of all, Nada and all the family, they are always ready to help you with any problem or doubt. You must try their wines as well!!
We will definitely be back !

The place is amazing, everything is clean, the swimming pool is the best place to relax and the beach is also very close. And the hosting is simply the best with small gifts and a lot of love. Thank you for the amazing days we had with you!

Excellent place, lovely hosting

Nada and her family have made these apartments so welcoming. They are always on hand for anything you might need.

Bright, clean apartment with great sea views. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. Large living area with kitchen area, table and sofa bed. bedroom had two twins together to make double plus a single bed and still had lots of room.

Location was perfect, small walk down to the sea front and then a 15 min walk down the main road to Trogir. Lots of supermarkets and bakery close by as well as a number of restaurants on the sea front.

Would stay here again i I ever go back to Trogir.

Excellent apartments and location

The hosts were so nice and friendly! They helped us renting a car and gave us the ride to airport back and forth. It was also very interesting to talk with the host family because then you get some idea of the local people's lives. The hosts also made us a traditional Easter breakfast although the breakfast was not included in the accommodation! I can definitely recommend Zulim apartments especially to families as the house is located in a peaceful small fishing village with a beach, grocery stores, a bakery and restaurants and within walking distance to Trogir and by car 20 mins to Split. The shores are more clean here than the ones in Split but you can easily get to bigger cities by renting a car (and probably by bus as well but we didn't try that). Our holiday was very lovely!

Perfect family apartment

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and even though it was on the side of the building we still had a great view of the sea from the balcony. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. Very pretty village close to Trogir, nice beach, a fresh veg stall, bakery and supermarket really close to the apartments, and a few local bars/restaurants. Highly recommend! :)

Lovely apartment

Apts Zulim are situated a 10 minute taxi ride from Split airport.  The owner Nada and her daughter Eva met us at the gate and showed us to our room.
As expected the apt was basic but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean.
The view from the balcony was fantastic.
The kitchen was perfectly adequate but  there were no food supplies provided at all.  Cleaning supplies, towels, sheets etc were provided, and towels were changed mid week and I am sure anything that was needed would have been available as the family are very helpful and hospitable.
What really makes this place is the proximity to the beach, restaurants, marina and taxi boat in the peaceful sleepy village of Donji Seget.
There are supermarkets, a bakery and cash point within 5 minutes walk.
The pool and surrounding area were lovely and obviously new.  Air conditioning was a definite necessity in the heatwave while we were in Croatia.
Plenty to explore nearby and plenty of opportunities to do nothing but sun, swim and eat.
During the day there was traffic noise from the main road but not on a night so together with a comfy bed peaceful sleep was no problem.
Payment was required in cash in Euros or Kuna.

Good position in a perfect village

Large appartement with spectacular view. The host family is very very friendly. Perfectly situated close to Trogir. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Pool area very nice and clean. Highly recommended.
