What a great find. We had a one bed deluxe apartment with a balcony. It was light, spacious, very well equipped and exceptionally clean. The grounds are beautifully done , a small but perfect pool in a lovely flower filled garden. Excellent sunbeds with comfy cushions, day beds with shades and an area to help yourself tea and coffee Sanja is the perfect hostess, welcoming and on hand for questions There is a very busy main road which runs through Podstrana but from the property there's a short walk 2 mins...under a tunnel which brings you out right on the beach! There are 2 supermarkets within 5 mins walk...we had hot tasty croissant from the smaller one by the playground every morning sat on our balcony looking over the pool and the sea, perfect The number 60 bus goes from Split to Omis in the other direction...pay on the bus. 3 Euros to Omis where we took a gentle boat ride up through the canyon and climbed up the castle to get a great view.. 1.5 Euros to Split. Great restaurants nearby on the beach rounded off a perfect stay
