On arrival we were kindly greeted by the owners daughter who was lovely and gave us lots of information about the area. She showed us a lovely nearby beach which we would never have known about if not. The room was basic but a very comfortable stay. Good air con which was no extra cost. Also free wifi. If you have mobility issues I wouldn't suggest this guesthouse or even Dubrovnik. There are a lot of steps. 338 to be exact from the old town to the room. Which is about a 15 minute scenic walk. However there is a bus which comes right outside the room. There are some great trips which the family help you book. Such as boat trips and trips to Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro. Overall we had a great stay and loved Dubrovnik. It was beautiful and full of culture and history. Definitely recommend both this guesthouse and Dubrovnik.
