Casa Laurin B&B

Casa Laurin was listed on Nova Dental's list of nearby places to stay. I chose it and could NOT have made a better choice. The two Ginette's were phenomenal hosts and I wanted for nothing under their roof. During the first leg of my trip I stayed in room 1 which was awesome! The most comfy bed and the biggest bathroom. The rooms had character, they were tastefully decorated and serene. The patio/terrace overlooked to street, but that wasn't what you saw when seated out there....there was a beautiful mountain view. On my return stay, I had room 4...it was tough figuring out which was my favorite. Breakfast was whatever you wanted. While you waited, there was coffee, juice, fruit, bread and good conversation. You left each day, feeling ready to go, filled with info, suggestions and/or umbrella, if needed. On two occasions, I was able to dine out with Ginette, once for lunch and once for dinner...that was soooooo nice since I was traveling solo. It was really nice. On another occasion, the other Ginette took me to a bank where she changed some of my dollars to Costa Rican money, then we traveled together into town where I spent the day sightseeing. While she ran some errands. Casa Laurin is also in a great location. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance as well as a larger variety as close as a short cab ride away. My stay was amazing because of the rooms, but the hospitality of the hostesses, really went above and beyond my expectations. Beautiful home, beautiful hosts. I will return.
