87 reviewsI only stayed one night in this hotel. The rooms are clearn, spacious, bed is fine, basically it is very comparable to European standards... apart from the fact that there is no coffee in the room, breakfast is Chinese (with little, but existing Western style food), and personnel that speaks good English in the lobby. However, asking for an iron/iron board via phone was extremely challenging. It was after 22:00 when I checked in, and the English speaking people were no longer there. After a long time, someone could explain the iron/iron board would be send to my room at 7:30 in the morning. This was delivered at 6:55... exactly at the moment I took a shower. You would expect they leave it in front of the room, but they kept ringing/knocking on the door I decided to get our of the shower and open the door (bathrobe is available :-)) before my neighbours would complain. I also had lunch in the restaurant, and the buffet offered plenty of choices. So I would not mind staying in this hotel when I return to this area.
