I stayed 5 nights on a business trip and was very pleasantly surprised. The 6th Floor Non-Smoking floor, unlike others I have visited, was as advertised--really no smoking. The room was spatially more than adequate, the bed was terrific (nice and hard, the way I like it), the bathroom had ample counter space for toilet articles, lots of hangers in the closet (always one of my pet peeves), and the shower was excellent. Laundry service was very professional. The included breakfast had anything and everything anyone would want, and the fitness center may be the best I have ever experienced in a hotel anywhere, and I have traveled all over the world. The food in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel was good, but the facility could use a makeover. All in all, a very good choice for business (and family) travel as well.
