Ostello is on of a good hostel in Valparaiso, it has a flea market next to it, a nice place to eat on a side, its located on a hill you have to take a kind of a ferry to get there or go walking. It's a really nice house with 4 rooms, nice beds very confortable pillows, you have TV in the room, 2 bathrooms with showers and hot water you can also pay with visa.
