We slept okay in this hotel for a night, but can't say it was a pleasant experience otherwise.  Something was making both my wife and I itch, may have been fleas in the comforter?  Anyway, that combined with the spotty Wifi and the bad smell coming from the bathroom drain (we were able to cover it), plus the smell of the reception area put this low on the list of places for us to re-visit.

Try elsewhere first

Stayed at this motel twice out of pure necessity, would not recommend it for anything but pure necessity.
 Service is touch and go, first time staying The receptionist was beyond rude and unhelpful, second time she was fine (same lady) 
Has been renovated, although very cheaply at least there are no dirty carpets, it’s all floating floor. Looks clean enough till you look under the bed or behind the doors. Bring flip-flops if you want to shower.
 The advertised Wi-Fi is touch and go, there is no coffee to be had in the room or reception but there is a Tim Hortons right next-door. They do allow pets for an extra charge and both times we stayed was relatively quiet. 
Bring your own bath towel if you are going to shower, becaus the towels supplied were the size of handcloths.
