Great hospitality - fantastic food and very nice owners who made our stay a truly enjoyable and very clean rooms. Highly recommend for skiers since it is only 10 minutes to Le Massif. Very nice place and great prices.

Great hospitality

The location is very good, close to the ski station "Le Massif de Charlevoix" on the route 138. We stayed there for 5 nights between Christmas and New Year. The hotel was very quiet, we especially appreciated the food. The hotel has two parts, a motel part and a hotel part. The hotel part is directly connected to the restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner. We were staying in the hotel part, our room was "cle des chants", it had two queen beds and one sofa bed, a jaccuzi in the room and a bathtub in the bathroom.  The room was large enough for us (2 adults and 3 children). The breakfast was excellent and we had delicious dinners at the restaurant of the hotel. 
The hotel is ran by a couple, they don't have much staff (if any). As a result, they do everything themselves. It may explain some small problems. The first two days of our stay, internet and TV were not working. The owner lent us a DVD player. Afterwards, internet and TV were running fine. One afternoon, we arrived after skiing and the hotel was locked. Apparently they had forgotten to give us a key for the outside door. I called them on their cell phone and they arrived shortly after. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant and the owners were always very kind and helpful.

Good location to ski at the Massif of Charlevoix

You will have a nice view and feel easy in this nice complex  just before winter in the orange trees and enjoying the all sports possibilities during spring it is also nice and even if you have mosquitos in warm season it is a nice place to go to walking discovering and meeting nice people
