Humble but clean budget hotel close to necessary amenities along a very busy road with a sidewalk 3 feet away so leaving window open not an option despite hot weather. No breakfast and no vouchers.  Parking lot is enclosed.  Due to the heat, many people sat at their door outside and unfortunately smoked. If I was going to do it again, I’d spend the extra bucks and get A/C. It was a tortuous few days.

No Air Conditioning!  HOT room.

This is a great, clean central place to stay in Campbell River. We made this our home for 3 days and did all of our bike day trips from here. You can walk to anything you need,the mall down, restaurants or take a stroll along the ocean walkway. The parking lot is fully enclosed from the public, 1 way in, 1 way out so we felt very comfortable with the security for our bikes.

Motorcycle Trip - Great central place to stay

We left our phone charger there and I wrote to ask if they could send that me.  No - I had to get someone to pick it up.  I live 3 hours away and can't do that.  I said I would pay for it if they could tell me how much it was.  I would give them my credit card no so they could put the charge on it.

Disappointed

The desk manager had been very friendly and accommodating for my call on the travelling day to beautiful Campbell River, BC. I had been able to book two rooms side by side as my father had a broken foot.  So, I needed to be able to go check on him from time to time.

Friendly staff for short notice

We drove into town at 5 pm without a place to stay and found the Town Center Inn with a opening at our price range. Pros: The room was large with nice new floors. I liked their enclosed parking and that it kept us off the road. They advertised a free breakfast but you have to ask for the vouchers for a McDonalds down the road, suited us fine.
Cons: There was a long black hair on my pillow...eww, and the other pillow case was dirty, happy we brought our own. All the fixtures were worn and the bedspreads worn looking, but the bed was comfortable enough.

Last minute booking

Our room was straight out of the 80s but in very good condition and clean.The wifi signal and strength was very good and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, a short drive to the downtown core or walking distance to a plaza that has a liquor store, grocery store, restaurant. We also got complimentary vouchers for breakfast at mcdonald's which is also in walking distance. 
When we called to reserve a room we were told they only had a room for six left and as such was at the highest price point. Given the other hotels I called were booked, we reserved it.  The room however was just a standard 2 queen bed so I wonder if because most other places were booked they were able to up their prices. We were also at a non-smoking hotel but right outside our room door were chairs and an ashtray; every time we opened our room door the stench of cigarette smoke wafted in.

My most expensive basic budget hotel ever

Never been to Campbell River, never stayed at the Inn before, booked the Bookings.com and just took a punt that it wold be ok, wife was sceptical though? Turns out - it’s great! Rooms are big, 2 double beds, coffee making facilities, needed a kettle for tea - not a problem supplied with a smile. Front rooms can be a bit noisy because of its busy location - what the heck! We loved it!

Pleasant Little Surprise 

Not too bad considering this place is one of the cheaper motels. We were out for most of the day and slept fine there at night. The management was great, they looked after our bags for us after we checked out so we could go get lunch which was very nice of them.
