Excellent modern hotel close to the beach. Really friendly and helpful hosts. Large comfortable room with a comfortable bed. Superb swimming pool. Great location for exploring the rural parts of Cambodia. We would highly recommend this hotel. 

Superb hotel 

Great spot, staff that can not do enough for you, good location back from the street and everything is so close. 
Hotel organised a tuk-tuk and took us to a delicious place for dinner.  
Internet is really good and fast! 
Everyone should stay and enjoy this place

Amazing Hidden Spot

Stayed here for 2 days. Beautiful hotel. Rooms very clean and spacious.

Hotel grounds are awash with flowers shrubs and god's creatures.

If you can't speak the language then the staff speak French which was a bonus for us as some our group speak French also so communication was easy. Even if not as in any foreign country you find a way to converse.
Only had breakfast here but that was nice.

The reception will organise tuk tuks for you, Just ask.
Would definitely come back here.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and were treated exceptionally well by the management. The owner specifically was lovely accommodating, and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The pool was very clean and a great spot to relax. The location was great as we had a scooter, only a really short ride to everything. Had the breakfast at the hotel and that was good. Close to a really awesome coffee shop/bakery too next to the gas station there. Would stay again!

Nice relaxing stay

We've stayed at Au Paradis Bleu with Anne-Marie and her family a few times now and she always remembers my wife and I and makes us feel welcome. Although it's back from the beach the views from the upper rooms are stunning, the rooms are clean and well appointed and breakfast is included in the price. As I'm usually travelling with a group on an annual motorbike ride for charity, I ask Anne-Marie to prepare a seafood BBQ by the pool for us. She always puts on a lavish feast, well worth the money and there's usually enough leftovers to share with the hard-working cooks. Thanks Anne-Marie, hope to see you again soon.

Always a pleasure

I stayed in this hotel from 25-27 December 2019 for 2 nights.
This is a calm and peaceful hotel for good sleep and a good breakfast.
There seems to be an old couple who runs this business.
Rooms are clean with attached bathrooms. 
If you are travelling with family or you want a good sleep, then this is a reasonable hotel; although a little walk to market and beach.

Good sleep with Good Breakfast

We stayed at Au Paradis Bleu for two nights and had a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is quite a bit out of the way from the beach and restaurants etc, so would definitely recommend hiring a moped which you can do at the reception desk for $7 a day (a little pricey but convenient). 

The rooms were clean and tidy and the water in the bathroom was of a good temperature. 

Our room was quite hot and stuffy as the sun was shining on it all day, the air con worked but took a while to kick in. 

The wifi was good when it worked, but cut off often and the router needed to be reset several times.  

The staff were very helpful although didn’t speak much English but not a problem! Overall a pleasant stay. 

Pleasant Stay

We arrived at 6pm. The air con took more than 1 hour to cool the room. I had to call the reception (no phone in the room so I went downstairs) to ask to fix the toilet. It leaked every time I pressed the button and it never worked properly. They were upset because I requested them to come upstairs. When we arrived I asked them for a restaurant but they could not even give directions. In the morning, the lady was more pleasant but no one could explain properly how to go to National Park for example. Breakfast is always the same. Pool is ok but surrounding is old, toilets near the pool are horrible nothing to see with pictures and that's what upsets me a lot. Pictures do not reflect the hotel. They say they have sea view and i did not see the sea from anywhere. The first night I could not sleep at all. It was windy and raining and the windows were very noisy. Definitely I do not recommend this place.

Terrible come ear if you enjoy not sleeping. The AC was working as the staff said yet at full power it was hot too hot for sleeping, no water pressure the shower was like piss.
Not recommended the worst hotel I spent time in kep.
