Cheap place, you have beds, a tiny fridge, balcony with two chairs and a table, A/C, Tv, a boiler for hot water (so use it carefully because it take pretty much for the water to be warmed. After a first experience, me and my boyfriend decided to wash at the same time.)
They told us that they come and clean daily, but this didn't happened. We had to ask for cleaning and taking the trash out.
They said that you can wash your clothes in there, but they didn't said that you can wash for a price, which is really expensive - 20 levas if i recall right.
We had a bad experience with the parking. Basically they don't have parking spots for the guests, so we parked around were we dound a free space. I have to mention that there were no signs of no parking on the street. Still, we woke up with our car missing... We found it in a private parking spot, with one door bar damaged. Of course we had to pay a fee for no reason to get our car back, and of course that they don't care about the damage. From what we've talked with the locals, this is a common "procedure" for the foreign cars and the police is also aware of this, and more than this, the police ALOWS this practice. So there's nothing you can do. Thia is common in all Bulgaria, so be verry carefull!!!
The owner or the mother at least don't speak english... so you kind of have to learn the sign language or something... or if you get lucky, her son is at home and you can talk with him.
