We honestly loved this aparthotel and would very happily return. Our 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious, warm and well equipped (2 adults and 1 teen).  Comfy beds. Bathroom had plenty of hot water and a heated towel rail. Nice soft towels, ask for extra if needed. The cleaner came every day of our 5 nights. We hired robes from reception for 10lev to wear to the spa. Pool table is 5lev per game. We really liked the steam room and sauna, maybe a jacuzzi could be added in future? We were up and first into breakfast at 7:30 on the dot as we got the 8:00 shuttle to the gondola every day, although you can easily walk it. We all thought the food was great! Very European and something for everyone. Toast, bread, cereal, fruit, cheese, meat, salad, hot sausage, eggs (boiled and scrambled), eggy bread, beignets, pastries, cakes, biscuits and plenty of coffee and juices. Maybe the hotel could start breakfast a tiny bit earlier e.g. 7:00 or 7:15 during holiday periods as it would make all the difference in getting in the gondola queue by 8:00? We didn't try the evening meal but it cost 22lev adults and 11 lev kids. Shout out to Costa on reception who really went the extra mile printing out our boarding passes for our return flight, despite being really busy, he should get a bonus for his helpfulness!

Cozy, calm, unpretentious at an acceptable average price, 😍good and clean place to relax and recover 💎Spa center is very good and the masseuse is very good! recreation and tourism, fresh and well prepared 🍹 food with responsive 😇 staff and very good service 🍀  highly recommend this place!

Very nice place!!!

I have been to Winslow infinity several times and I think it's the best value for the money apart hotel in Bansko.

It's perfect for couples or small families to plan hiking or skiing vacations.

Compared to all other places in bansko Winslow is very very cheap but has all the features any other of the expensive hotels have.

They have a restaurant which serves food which is prepared prior as in a buffet.

There's a swimming pool, a very nice Spa area and a wonderful garden in between the buildings.

The rooms I have been in so far consisted of a living room a bedroom and bathroom.

The living room has a small area where you can sit in front of the TV there is a dining table and a small kitchen with a microwave and a stove.

I have read several of the reviews on this site regarding Winslow infinity and I think that most off the negativ one a negativ because the customers have different expectations then I had.

This isn't the luxus hotel where you get everything for free and everything is thought off.

But on the other hand it is by far the best value for money place in bansko.

It is warm and clean and there is food.

The perfect place for a vacation in the mountains

The best apart hotel in bansko

"Top of the top" apartment hotel. The best ever "value for money" hotel i ever stayed. The apartment (tree double roomw-two baths-large living room with fire place and fully eq. kitchen) was looking straight to the summits of mount Pirin! All the snow-tracs in front of your eyes! Unsurpassed view!

Top!!!

We were presently surprised as a family group of 7 how much space we had in the apartment. It was plenty for us, basic but did the job as we were out all day. Fresh towels were given every day. The kitchenette is basic if your planning on doing any self catering. But we did have a washing machine which was helpful. 

We enjoyed the pool and spa area after a long day skiing. 

The negatives were the lobby bar was closed and there was no shuttle to the gondola. This may have been as it was coming to the end of the season. Its  short walk to the gondola though if you take the track to the left of the hotel. Sign posted to supermarket. Luckily we were able to leave our skis and poles at the gondola, so only had to carry our boots. 

We were half board, but wouldn't bother again. Breakfast was sufferable but like warm at best. We were putting our breakfast in the microwave to heat it up. We tried dinner twice they gave you a choice to choose from in the morning. Starter, main, side and dessert all came oit on separate plates and at the same time. Again it was cold.

Good overall, food not good

We were pleasently surprised with our apartment when we arrived it was very spacious and very clean. 

As we arrived late at night I had only my card no cash. Went to the lobby bar that only takes cash but the bar man was absolutley fantastic and offered me 2 bottles of water and I could drop the cash back the next day after I had been to the ATM. I made sure to gice hik a good tip after this. He was really the only member of staff that engaged with us during the whole stay apart from another security guard who was a nice guy too. The rest just kept their heads down and wouldn't even make eye contact.

We made good use of the shuttle bus to and from the gondola each morning and evening.

When exiting the hotel if you take the dirt track to the left it will take you alot less time to get to the bars and restaurants around the gondola. There is a sign pointing to a supermarket so you cannot miss this track.

Now the bad.. After skiing on our 2nd day we decided to use the swimming pool. On arrival to the spa we were met with 4 members of staff who were advertising the massages etc. When we said we only wanted to use the pool you would have thought we had just told them we had coronavirus. The male pointed to the changing rooms so we went in. When in I noticed that you needed a key for the locker and asked another guy there how he got his key and he advised going out to the staff I had just spoken to. I went out and asked for a key to be told by a very rude male "Im busy". So busy that he turned away and sat on his seat chatting to the other staff.  This was enough for me so decided against even going into the pool so I waited for my wife to come out then went back to our room.

This experience wont stop me coming back to the hotel itself but I have seen other reviews mentioning how rude the staff are so I would hope that it would be addressed.

Some good some great some bad

I was a bit sceptical before arriving after reading some of the reviews. We usually go 4 star or higher so also knew we had to manage our expectations. On arrival late at night, we were shown to our room where we had to go outside and carry our cases up some outside steps (not ideal). There was a lift in the building to our 4th floor, however this wouldn't fit all our luggage and us in ! 
We were pleasantly surprised when we reached our room. Very spacious and exactly what we needed and more. Our double room was upstairs with our own bathroom and the kids shared a room downstairs that has a bathroom adjacent too. 
There's very little in the way of extras , which I guess why it was so cheap. Just a few pots, pans and cutlery. There's 2 hob rings and a microwave and fridge (with a small freezer section). No hairdryer and just one fairly small towel each. Still, we didn't find any of this a problem. I asked the maid for extra pillows which she happily obliged. 
The hotel itself has a small pool and spa. I had an amazing massage here for just 40lev (around £20). It was the best massage I'd ever had and sorted my aches and pains out from learning to ski! 
The staff spoke basic English and to be honest not that friendly but again not a problem really. We had what we needed. 
There's a shuttle bus free to the gondala and back. The times are on reception on a card. It's not a long walk at all to the gondola but saves your back having to carry all your ski equipment ! 
The hotel is in a great location close to all the bars and restaurants but in a quiet location being about 10 min walk ish to the main bit. 
We recommend ginger to eat and 360 bar for cheap drinks (2 beers for 5 Lev !!) 
If it was cheap enough, we would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are well equipped the only down side to the hotel is the Staff management very rude the Bar staff on the other hand are exceptionally friendly. Pool and spa great after a day Skiing

We boocked this hotel after reading resent reviews saying it was very good and we're not disappointed we had a small studio although we were half board the only gripe was the size of the beds as we separated them they were only about 24 inches wide so kept falling out .The food was ok as we were the only ones on half board they cooked it specially for us from the menu the breakfasts were just the job with sausage eggs spam cereal all you could want exempt nice coffee so best bring your own 3in 1 sashes are good .Hotel also had a good size pool very clean sauna steam room and hot tub which was great after a hard day on the slopes also Turkish bath. The staff were all very helpful and polite but not mutch spoken inglish I would definitely stay here again if a was ever to go back to bansco just a shame about the lack os snow .

Great hotel no snow

8 people in 4 different rooms with Iglu / Bulgaria ski. 
Rooms were large and warm, beds comfy. Lots of Hot water and quiet location.
Lobby is spacious with log fire, bar and bar staff are great.
Spa is wonderful, steam, swim and sauna every day.
Did I say it was as cheap as chips
