I had a great experience staying at this hotel, we went to Brcko during a very busy time (July 28 - August 2), it was impossible to find anywhere to stay, Sladjana the hotel owner went above and beyond to find an accommodation for my family of 4, I will forever be thankful, her customer service is amazing, even when staying there I felt like family, she made us feel so welcome. The hotel is new, the rooms are very nice (the best you can find in Brcko) if you are looking for cleanness, comfortable beds and a working AC this is the place to book, believe it or not a working strong AC is a huge plus during the summer time there and its hard to find a place that has it, we had stayed at hotel jelena (very old hotel, it was never updated and the AC could not even cool the room). The hotel location of Nea is also perfect, so close to all the action,  down town and restaurants. There is also a Pizza place right next to the hotel that is a must "TRY". We visited from USA and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great comfortable stay.

Modern  and very very clean rooms

I was in Nea hotel for a business. First I could not find the parking place and the receptionist came out searching for me and showing me the parking place. The room was spacious and well equipped. The location is very close to the center. And special thanks goes for breakfast. I don't eat pork meat and  they brought me another separate plate with beef and turkey salami and chees. Despite the fact that breakfast buffet was full off other dishes (all art of eggs, pita -bosnian traditional food, bread with marmelade, honey... real continental  breakfast) I was surprised with thoughtfulness of the hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and excellent service

My business partners stayed at that hotel in their regular double rooms in several occasions. I suggested to all my friends, in past, to stay at that hotel...
Due to fully booked hotel, I ask concierge if their sweet is available for my business partners. She said yes and I make reservation for one evening.
Then comes BIG disappointment.

The picture shows the room my guest did not get..
When they call me and ask me to come to see their room, I was shocked...
They got some storage converted room with two beds and one double bed separated with some plaster wall... in cca 7m2 room.

Instantly went to clerk and ask her "This is your Deluxe Apartment, luxurious living room, dining room, double bed, phone, TV, internet, bathroom, shower room ?", She instantly answered "YES", "And you charge that storage room as Deluxe Apartment?" , again "YES" . Owner was standing by my side and listening our conversation. No action, no intervention or any suggestion from his side...
I leave that hotel, bitter and speechless...

One thing I must say, and be honest,  their double rooms are quite nice and specious and clean.
Once more "DO NOT BE FOOLED"
