A beautiful place to stay in because it is full of nature .... there are Ramps all around so very accessible the lobby also is accessible but it had a very steep slope so I always resisted to go there on my automated wheelchair as it was rainy season and the chances of the chair slipping so they send me my breakfast and dinner to my room with good service... the room is so very spacious it was like a suite and the bathroom was very spacious too and there were such lovely view from the Windows but I always kept them shut... they also have a small balcony kind of area with two chairs and table if you like to sit an enjoy the view ....the bathroom had a bath tub and that was one major drawback for me but somehow I did manage taking a bath outside of the tub as they had a hand shower also ....the most negative part about this place was the Wi-Fi I had zero network in my room so it was like I was without touch with anybody for two nights, you had to go out of the room to catch the Wi-Fi network forget Wi-Fi even for normal phone network it was difficult to get through... everythhhing else was nice about the place I would definitely like to visit again....I can't say much about the breakfast layout or the dinner layout because I did not go that side of the resort at all but the food that is served was very nice ...they made fish on special request for me both the nights  



Very wheelchair friendly

Namsay Choeling Resort can be remembered for its beautiful standalone cottages with good garden views. But there are a feew drawbacks out of which number one is that their Wifi facility is limited only in their reception area and Indian tourists who mostly call thier family by whatsapp video or audio chats, face a great deal of limitations in this hotel. Next is the approach road which is horrible. If u feel like taking a stroll till the main road from the hotel, it will be tedious! The food is average and if u are in a meal plan then it will be okay for you, or else you have to really order much beforehand to get ur meal served in time. Our cottage, which was of quadruple sharing type, was quite good with a small balcony overlooking a nice garden. But my two friends who got a double sharing room complained about the room as well as the bathroom. So I would like to advise that if u are choosing thia hotel, choose the bigger cottages and be in a meal plan.

A nice hotel in Paro

Had checked in the hotel as part of a tour. The worst part was the staff attitude when we came back from the day tour, our room was not cleaned properly. There were dust and even hair on the floor, even the bed instead of being tucked in properly the sheets were just placed over the beds. 

When we complained the room service staff initially denied they had not done the job properly and were more keen on knowing when we would be checking out as they said a proper cleanup is done only on checkout. 

The cupboard in the room was not finished when 3 out of the 4 hinges not attached to the door.

Worst hotel I lived in

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but you have to stay here to know that it is a very good place to stay. Plus the rooms are uber spacious!!! The staff went out of their way to make things comfortable and the lady who is the manager needs a special word of thanks for being so caring and helpful. I wanted to have only local Bhutanese food and they took care to make some of the yummiest dishes! Wi Fi works really well. The place is at a distance from the main town but that's what makes it such a charming place to stay at- the peace and away from 
You have to keep in mind that places in Bhutan where you stay and the people who are taking care of your needs cannot be compared with the likes of the five star hotels. These people and their hotels are still learning the ropes of the trade. As a woman traveller, I can vouch for all the hotels I have stayed in Bhutan and can say one thing that runs common for all of these places- The people are very nice and cooperative. As a tourist and a guest in their country, respect has to run both ways.

Extremely helpful staff

Resort in specific is good.... away from the town of Paro but downside is, an access to the town is only if you have a vehicle and that will take about 10 minutes to reach the main town. Rooms are authentic Bhutanese styled but be cautious about the flooring which tends to be sticky in the day due to the fresh lacquer done on the flooring. Rest, the photos speaks. Please check out.

Just another resort in Paro

This is the only hotel in India and probably in entire world where the toilet commode is placed at the entrance of the bathroom and wash basin at the end of the bathroom. A kind of weird location of Toilet commode. The toilet commode in the B wing of this resort is placed just at the entrance of the bathroom, usually in any bathroom the wash basin is placed at the entrance and then the bath tub and toilet commode but in this hotel the toilet commode is placed exactly at the entrance. Just imagine the moment you open the door of the bathroom you get a glimpse of  toilet commode..... 
another very disappointing thing is the bathroom doesn't have a water outlet to let the splashed water out of bathroom. 
Surprisingly the hotel doesn't provide any food to the room and the wifi is so weak that you cant connect. requesting to hotel staff is pointless no body listens. This single hotel destroyed the respect for Bhutanese hospitality. 
unfit to be a 3 star hotel. 


Hotel with the Toilet commode at the bathroom entrance - NO WIFI IN ROOM, NO ROOM SERVICE FOR FOOD

The property is located a bit far from Paro airport. Looks secluded, but definitely peaceful. Rooms, quality of food, spa services are good considering the rate you pay. Just that, they do not accept card payments. Very suitable for families.
