We were a group of seven visiting for the Ronde van Vlaanderen. The hotel is ideally located for cycling trips, and has a room to store bikes. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The owners Frank and Mieke were an absolute delight during our stay! I also recommend a trip to their restaurant near the river. Thank you, Frank and Mieke!

Perfect situated in the main town after we had finished the race. Average standard,  but high value for money. This is a family hotel and they are very serviceminded. I will stay here next time. Recommended! 

We received a very warm welcome as two wet cyclists on our way from Paris to Utrecht, with tea and cake. The staff were very helpful; the room and bed were a good size, decent buffet breakfast. Safe place to leave our bikes provided. Very central, and a good location to explore the Tour of Flanders museum and take in some of the course, which we did on our second day.

I was staying here as a group of 10 cyclists on an expedition from London to Arnhem. Although we only stayed one night, the owner (who speaks excellent English) could not have been more helpful. She let us store our bikes safely at no extra cost, she provided a fantastic breakfast for us the next morning and she recommended a really good restaurant for the evening meal. It was a pleasure to discover such a charming and helpful proprietor. The beds were really comfy and if there was any street noise I didn't hear it and I'm a very light sleeper.

Friendly and helpful hosts made this a special visit

Requested a cancellation and refund two months before my reservation date.  That's well within their one month rule.  Hotel said fine but kept making odd requests including: 1) my credit card number via email, 2) that I phone a local bank director to make a bank transfer.  They claimed they could not just refund my credit card even though every other hotel on the planet does that.

After several emails, had to phone my credit card company which then gave me a credit for the amount.
