A beautiful hotel with stunning decor. Our room looked out onto the square and was very spacious with a kitchenette and modern decor. Very tasteful throughout and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

So you look at the front of a "grand mansion" and expect that to be the rooms.... wrong! The rooms are in the back in a very modern, spacious B & B setting. Extremely clean, functional and roomy. Very nice private garden area between the two "properties" - full breakfast, and they own the restaurant "De Vrede" beside the property. That was the best dinner I had in my week in Belgium. Great stay - you will not be disappointed.

A perfect location to explore the delights of West Flanders.  The owners are so friendly & helpful, they did everything they could to ensure our stay was memorable.  Stunning bedrooms with beautiful views over a well maintained garden.  Fantastic continental breakfast to start the day, and having secure parking was a distinct advantage. I can also recommend eating at the adjacent property “De Vrede“, which also has amazing hospitality.  Definitely a luxury B&B to return to next time in Belgium, don’t miss this wonderful property!

Arriving in the town of Diksmuide early evening without a room booked in any hotel you would be forgiven for thinking nothing really happens in the town and the choice of accommodation very limited. However look closely and you may find the smallest of signs indicating the availability of the B&B that is t’Withuis. 
This establishment is set in a lovely old building that is quite quaint and feels regal but the accommodation sits way back in the courtyard in a new modern building. The walk from the old to the New buildings on a lovely summers night is worth it alone. The rooms are big and spacious with views over the garden, the 
Beds are comfortable the shower excellent.  Breakfast in the morning is served in the old building and was delightful with a choice of fresh fruit, cereal, meats , breads and eggs. 
All in all this is well worth a visit, it may not be the cheapest but the price does include breakfast. 
I can’t understand however why when searching this sight( trip advisor ) the option to choose this establishment does not show up.

very central on the city square this luxury B&B has comfortable rooms with good bathroom.  parking facilities behind the building.  nice garden. Breakfast is varied and tasteful.  very friendly owner.  would stay again.
