We've had to cancel our trip because of covid19 as Embassy not issuing VISAs ond flights also has been cancelled.
We did do non refundable booking as nooone anticipated such scenarios.When we got in touch with property explaining the situation and asking for refund, he outrightly refused and was very rude.
One would expect better service in such times when situation is not just under anyone control.

Really bad customer service

The apartment is centrally located and close to dining, drinks, city centre attractions. Our apartment was very clean and the beds comfortable with fresh quality linen. The apartment was spacious enough for 3 adults, 2 kids and the separate toilet (separate to the bathroom) was convenient. Communication through the booking process was professional and very helpful.

Central Apartments Vienna

As noted earlier, this apartment has no front desk so Herr Voshmgir has to meet you, give you the keys and explain the working of the apartment. Perhaps he was having a bad schnitzel day but we found him to be arrogant and just plain rude. He informed us that Nexflix was available (you can only tour so much!) but on his demonstration, he could not find it. We ended up with 2 news channels plus a program called "Horse and country" Another feature was upon exiting the tiny elevator after a night out, you step into total darkness and have to grope around to locate the light switch on the wall. There are more welcoming places than this, we would not return.

Good location

Room: As advertised, clean and comfortably appointed. Enjoyed kitchen and laundry amenities.

Location: Very convenient to grocery stores, Naschmarkt, and residential neighbourhoods; a bit further to the subway.

Service: Herr Voshmgir was not very pleasant or courteous to us. I won't belabour the details, but the stress of dealing with a less than hospitable host is not worth staying there again.

Decent room and location, poor service

The apartment, cleanliness, facilities all were very comfortable, modern, good. No complaints with the apartment or the host. As such, the apartment was right next to the longest market and restaurant lane in Vienna i.e. the Naschmarkt. Which was a big bonus. Because that allowed us to have atleast 3 meals right outside home. 

The mild drawbacks were distance from Central parts. This was in district 4 while all the main attractions are in district 1. So that needed a walk of about 10 odd mins one way. We did end up walking throughout our stay because the nearest metro station too was 5 mins away. Did not make sense to take a train or bus. 

There was no money exchanger nearby too. Had to find one at the Stephenplatz, the heart of vienna, the main tourist place. 

For the price it came at, it was a good deal..definitely worth considering if you are up for a bit of a walk.

Very nice interiors. Decent location

It was our first visit to Vienna and Daryoush was most informative, left us with a good impression. The apartment is centrally located to the underground.supermarkets, Museums, gardens, parks and a stone's throw from Belvedere Palace Gardens. The apartment is clean, well equipped and quiet. Best part of it is the air condition as we encountered a few warm days. We love to return to this enchanting place.

Location!Location!

Nicely situated centrally located , between great restaurants,  walking distance and Next to everything ,safe environment 
The room was spacious the Bathroom too, excellent  reception at your arrival 
and the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen 
On the other hand if you are next to the yard some noice is always there at night 
,The closed had Only one hanger ... ,and the bathroom shop dispenser was empty !!
 that shows that there was very little attention by the owners or manager 

THE WORST 
The bed  mattress very thin below the edge of the bed ,every time you have to get up or seat, the actual  wood was getting in to your flesh ,NOBODY has tried that ??
In general if you bring your hangers,your soap an never seat at the edge of the bead and you do not need an air condition 
then is a perfect location 
I would happily go back again if they just change the mattress to be higher then the bed !!!!!

Best central  Location for  in Vienna

The apartment manager, Mr. Voshmgir, contacted us the day of our arrival to check our approximate arrival time. Mr. Voshmgir met us at the  apartment building & was most accommodating by letting us park our car in the underground parking lot while we brought our luggage into the apartment and he checked us in. Standing on the sidewalk outside the apartment building, Mr. Voshmgir pointed out the directions for Naeschmarkt, Karlplatz subway station, supermarkets, our car rental return location and other attractions. He then gave us a tour of the apartment, marked several attractions on a map, and made a reservation for our airport pickup when we departed Vienna. He was pleasant and very well organized.

Apartment #12 was very functional, comfortable and spacious, it was bright and sunny, and there was plenty of seating and storage. The apartment building was on a quiet (for a city) side street, and the most noise came from delivery and/or trash pickup trucks around 6:30-7am. The furnishings were a bit dated.

The close proximity (1 minute walk) to the Naschmarkt was great - the Naschmarkt is a couple of blocks' worth of restaurants and food vendors (most food was Asian/Indian/Middle Eastern, but there was also Italian & Austrian food available) at the end closest to the apartment and clothing vendors at the further end. A few minutes' walk past the Naschmarkt was the Museum Quarter section of the city. 

In the other direction, a 5 minute walk brought us to the Karlsplatz U-Bahn (subway) station and Karlskirche (Karl's Church) with its pretty reflecting pond. A little further and there was a pedestrian shopping zone.

We liked the apartment location and Mr. Voshmgir so much that we would definitely stay in the apartment again on future visits to Vienna.

Nice Apartment in Fantastic Location

We arrived the apartment at 8pm and only to realise that one of our room was taken by other customers already! The management claimed that the same room was booked twice and they did not know that until we arrive! We booked two rooms for our 3-night-stay in Vienna as we are a family of 7. The second room had faulty light and air-conditioning unit in the bedroom which forced us to sleep in dark and hot room for 2 summer nights. 

I tried several attempts to call the apartment management and they managed to get us sorted with another empty room (as a replacement of the occupied room). This room was okay and clean but the air-conditioning unit in the bedroom again, was not working quite well as it started dripping water after we switched it on for less than an hour. The shower curtain in the bathroom was rather short and the bathroom itself was tiny. It got flooded after a 10-minute shower. The washing machine was loaded with rugs, towels and bedsheets which was half-wet.

The second room's light was not fixed until the last day before we left Vienna. The technicians were not able to fix the air-conditioning unit in the bedroom, so basically 3 nights covered in sweat while sleeping! (Mind you the air conditioning unit in the living room did not help even though we left the bedroom door open at night)

Overall, the apartment is good in terms of its room size and the number of beds which they provided. However they could certainly improved on some details, especially on the issue of overbooking. Imagine our fear when we were welcomed with 10 pairs of shoes and hanging laundry at the corridor upon entering the room which was supposed to be empty.

Unpleasant stay

great location. clean, nicely decorated.
the shower is im the kitchen though which is a bit weird, but adds quirk to the apartment.
would recommend. the owner/manager was really nice amd helpful and funny.
