We booked two separate apartments for a group of 4 adults and 1 child (14 years old) for a 2 night stay and were allocated the top floor :). Both apartments were spotless, warm and quiet and furnished exactly as described in hotels.com site.The location of the apartments is ideal for a short city break. There is a pram stop only couple minutes walk from the apartments and an underground station within 5 minutes walk where you can take an underground to Vienna city centre (Stephansdom) in less than 15 minutes.Beds were comfortable for us and the sofa bed worked for our teenager. Given our short stay, we did not use the kitchen utensils at all, but there is a fridge, an oven and a cooker (2 rings) for those who may stay longer and wish to cook their own meal. There is no manned reception but the check-in process was really simple - just follow the instructions on your booking confirmation. At the departure, all you need to do is to drop the key card into a box on the wall. Could not be simpler!I'd warmly recommend Aparthotel Smart Apart Living - Wien Hauptbahnhof for both a short city break as well as for a longer stay in Vienna. A great value for money!
