Great hotel with nice and clean rooms. Huge and tasty breakfast and kindly personnel. Just small complications with Wi Fi. It's great value of service for the spent money. Almost in the city centre, just great. Hope to come back next year with better weather. 🤗

Comfortable hotel with great food

Spent a week at herzblut during our skivacation . Facilities are nice and fresh with gym, spa, skiing rooms etc., food is ok, staff is really helpful and nice. Location wise also ok but 5-10 min walk to lifts which can be a little to long with heavy skiis . WiFi is absolutely not working and reading other reviews it seems that problem has been around for some time..... we contacted the staff regarding non working WiFi but no improvement. The staff is really really nice as I said but i can’t stop the feeling that it feels a little strange to be in a hotel in Austria but no one in the staff is Austrian. It means no Austrian feeling at all in the hotel. 

Comfy rooms but no WiFi 

Nice and clean Hotel with good standard, it’s not close to the slop, you have to walk a few hundred meters or even better take the skibus one station, the bus stop is very close to the hotel. Make sure not book a room facing the road, make sure the room is facing the other side. Its traffic 24/7 on the road, little traffic only between 00-04.

Nice Hotel 

Short 3 night stay with friends. Room I was in had a double plus single. Nice and spacious overlooking main road. Hotel was modern and clean. Staff friendly. Boot room massive and not too cramped. Breakfast was good, dinner was not however. May have been the deal/package we were on but relatively unedible and small portions. Also dinner closed at 8pm, given the apres ski and location that was a challenge. Main gripe was location. Having been used to French resorts, its location on outskirts off Saalbach was not ideal. As an advanced skier I was fine with it, but beginners/kids having to lug kit down the road etc. The Schattberg was the nearest lift, which was about 8 mins walk, but that pinned you to one side of the valley, again beginners may need to walk another 5 mins. You could ski back relatively close, but again only from one side of valley.

Modern, clean, not best location.

Stayed for an extended weekend skiing. 
Rooms are nice and clean. Same goes for the ski room and gym downstairs. 
Breakfast is quite nice, lots of different stuff. 
About 8 mins walk from downtown and ski lifts. 


Nice hotel. Decent walking distance from ski lifts. 

A nice hotel with good beds. Helpful staff and a good drying-room in the basement for your ski equipment. Maybe a bit long to walk to the the ski-lift with your ski-boots on, but a good quiet location. Good breakfast.
