Haus Brügga

Very nice farmhouse with two complete apartments at 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes walking from the centre of Brand. A last minute decision took us there, 50 km far from Liechtenstein, our original destination, but in the end there were no regrets at all. The apartment we stayed in was on the second floor, with three bedrooms, kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. All the rooms were spacious enough, clean and well maintained, and quite cosy as walls and floors are lined in wood. Even when it was May, we need to use the heaters which worked perfectly. Big beds with very good and firm mattresses. The linen looked old and a bit worn but the duvets were warm. The kitchen was well-equipped with complete and good quality kitchenware and crockery; we only missed a tea towel. Nice and quite clean bathroom with shower cubicle and new towels; no toilet amenities though. The internet WiFi connection worked very well, although we spent more time at the windows for the fantastic view rather than anything else! Finally, what we liked most was the very good and friendly service provided by the owner in very good English, which also included fresh bread and eggs.
