If you're looking for a sleek modern apartment, this is not your place BUT if you are happy to stay in an older apartment block that has almost direct access to the beach, surf club, lots of dining out and takeaway options then this might just be for you. 

We had a well maintained unit that included air conditioning and full laundry facilities. It was conveniently located and handy for our group with teenage kids who could take themselves to and fro to the beach and other activities locally.

Great value for central location

We recently stayed in a 2br unit. The location is great. Close to beach, park and tavern and a gentle 15 min. walk to the centre of town. The unit was clean, roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the manager assisted us with a late check-in. Overall, it was tremendous value for money.

Great value and good location

We were in a 2 bedroom apartment. Was very roomy. NO Air-Conditioner.... Had Fans in lounge and Bedroom. Knob on Fan controller is missing. NO Remote for TV !!!  Told Manager and nothing happened. Note the Manager is not there much. So ring...
It is also very close to shops, Tavern, Club, Parkland and beach.
Undercover garage car parking was good. Has a small balcony to sit out in. 
Rooms do Not face the beach side. Nothing flash here, but was cheap.

Convenient spot to beach & Tavern

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit over a recent long weekend and found the unit to be roomy with all that we needed.  It would suit a family very well as there is a full kitchen and laundry in unit.  It is also very close to shops, parkland and beach.  A matter of concern was trying to contact reception which we only saw open on the day of check out.  Be aware if arriving on a Sunday, reception is only open by appointment. When we did meet the guy from reception it was to be told that the blown light in our unit was unable to be fixed during our stay but would be ready for the next guests - no help to us.  Fortunately only a small drama but would have been nice if it could have been fixed for us too.  Undercover garage car parking appreciated.

very convenient but hard to check in

I gave this place two stars because they had foxtel. That is really all I can say that's positive. I have stayed in many cheap caravan parks that are cleaner than this place. Photo's do not reflect the property. I took many many photo's of the unit as I found more and more items dirty: kids doonas and pillows, Ceiling fans, microwave and frypan (with food still attached). The list goes on.
