Plenty of space inside unit. Great gardens and pool.

Having booked Penthouse 11, we could not have been more disappointed with the accommodation we received. We picked up two sets of keys from the agents (one of which did not work at all) and headed off to the apartment. A key needed to be used to open the garage door (which stopped working at all after 2 days). We then lugged our suitcases up four flights of chipped tiled steps (no lifts) to the unit. The smell of damp hit us as we entered and there was mould on the ceiling. The apartment is in original condition (about 30 years old I think) and is in serious need of a renovation. The carpets were threadbare and torn and the furniture was shabby. The sofa had a leg that was wobbly and bent. The decor was uninviting and included many plastic plants that were disintegrating and dusty. The outside areas were dirty and unappealing and the roof terrace was unusable - up a narrow spiral staircase with a jacuzzi we were told we couldn't use. Fly screens were torn and mosquitoes were everywhere as it had been raining a lot. Strict instructions were given that we were to leave the apartment clean and to remove all the rubbish from the bins to the outdoor bins ourselves. This was expensive accommodation and certainly bad value for money. Will definitely chose somewhere else next time!

Picture perfect it is not!

The apartment was large and as expected in a great position, overall we enjoyed our stay.  If you are booking this apartment for the rooftop spa be aware it’s not reliable, we could only use it two nights out of four.  Rhea was great on check-in but after the spa didn’t work on the second occasion was rude and even blamed us.  Unfortunately on check-out we had an accident which we called to let her know about, once again she was rude. I work in hospitality myself and understand things can go wrong but her response was very unprofessional

Apartment 12

The Apartment was perfect! Private, Incredibly clean, modern amenities and the bed was so comfortable!  Pool and spa was an added bonus! Only a short walk to Hastings Street too! The managers were very accommodating with any queries we had. We’ll definitely be back!

Relaxing weekend away in the perfect apartment!

This place is amazing!! We had 4 wonderful nights in this beautiful apartment. It is well located, in a quite area but a 5-7 Minutes walk to Hastings Street. The beds were so comfy, the showers clean and powerful and the living room nice. The entire apartment is well equipped and furnished, clean, tidy and very welcoming. Nothing is missing here. You feel at home as soon as you enter. Rob and Rhea were so nice and kind, they helped quickly with our struggle to connect netflix and were so easy to talk to. We recommend this place to everyone!! Just the best apartment in Noosa Heads.

The penthouse was fabulous- well appointed, spacious and in an ideal location - away from Noosa crowds but well within walking distance to the beach

Fabulous family Christmas 

From my first enquiry to checking out with luggage, kindly minded and access to pool and showers on our last day, our stay at Picture Point apartments was incredible thanks to Rhea and her professionalism and prompt responses. We can’t wait to return and couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks for a perfect family holiday in the sun.

Beyond our expectations

Apartment is in desperate need of refurbishment.  Curtains are falling down, lounges are dirty, linen on beds and towels are old and due to be replaced.  Washing machine smells.  Bathrooms need desperate updating and cleaning.  There was hair everywhere in both bathrooms.

Stayed here for 2 nights . Good location for views over noosa and walking down to beach and Hastings street.
Pool and hot tub are an added bonus as is secure parking. 
Apartment clean and good size with 3 rooms one with a double and 2 with 2 singles.
En suite and extra bathroom. 
Lovely balcony for eating out on. Apartment is light and bright
