I have stayed here twice, early Dec then again over the Xmas & New year period. Very well presented caravan park, with grassed sites all powered and hooked up to freshwater. Owners and staff were helpful, and the facilities were great good camp kitchen and great games/TV room as well. All facilities are clean and tidy. 

Top caravan park, I would definitely stay again.

A nice park. It could do with some maintenance. It has basic facilities. The showers are good and warm. The laundry is also very good. It’s a good basic park. The park is reasonably quiet and off the main road. The site size was good. There is a pool.

A nice park.

Grassy tent sites, quiet place with super clean bathroom facilities.  Shared camp kitchen with fridge, BBQ, sink, kettle, microwave for campers. Communal area with table tennis, pool table, TV etc. Lovely staff. Highly recommend this place if you want to tent on your travels!

A nice Caravan Park but to double the price of chalets during April 2023 school holidays is this fair? 
I know this was the week of the eclipse in Exmouth but how unfair to families trying to give their children a special experience. The price went from $120 to $350 !

A sudden price rise!

We arrived earlier than expected  - we had initially thought we’d be arriving late but plan changed and we were 6 hours early but the staff were very friendly and helpful - accommodating us with accommodation asap. We were very appreciative. 
The units were clean, very organised and had all that we needed.

Stop over stay

The park is nice and reasonably priced. Toilets and showers are good and staff are friendly and helpful
Only one negative is the barking dog at the adjoining property. It barks non stop during the day. 
We have stayed previously and the dog has been here each time though we were away from that area.
Maybe the owner should approach the dog owner for a solution

We stayed here for one night. We had originally planned on another site but due to our friends booking here we decided to book here too. We were considerably late due to unforseen circumstances (vehicle engine problems) on the way. Unfortunatly due to lack of phone service we could not ring and advise them of this.
After a stressful journey here when we finally arrived happy to get some sleep we were met by an extremely rude small blonde woman who proceeded to give out to us for arriving so late, that she had to stay up and couldnt go to bed(didnt even ask why, also dont see why when it was paid and all we needed was to pull in and hook up, no help from her) , attitude from her about how 'the deal was one camper not two'. Two were booked and payed for under seperate bookings (which she didnt even enquire about before giving bad attitude). Once she had done her giving out to our tired and stressed group she swanned off without another word.
We slept till the morning, used the shower facilties( not the cleanest), packed up and left not before receiving dirty looks from this female again as we pulled out.
I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again as it really took some enjoyment from our trip.


Avoid if you want a pleasant experience

This is a simple caravan park with old but very clean amenities. The sites have a great concrete slab and as well as a maintained grassy area. The staff are friendly and you can stay here for decent price compared to the other parks, so it’s awesome and it’s in a good location too near the Chinaman’s Pool and the Fruit Loop. We have a Kui Membership, so we got a decent discount on our stay.

Outback Oasis

We unpacked into our cabin without really inspecting it first.  On inspection it was filthy. The shower and sink both had massive soap scum buildup indicative of months without the use of Jiff.   All cupboards and the wardrobe were filthy and the floors had both long hairs and short curly ones, proving they not been swept, let alone mopped.  There is mould growing on the ceiling of the shower.  The toilet roll holder is falling of and the paper falls off when you try to use it. The curtains were disgusting and the kitchen sponge was dirty and wet in the cupboard. We went to the office and asked the manager to come so we could show her, which she did. She initially offered us a full refund, we offered a 50% refund instead, and this was agreed.  Later a dishevelled man in very dirty clothes banged on our door.  When I opened the door he immediately started screaming at the top of his voice, swearing at my wife and I using the F and C words.  This was because I checked in on Facebook and said ‘give this place a miss’. It was only visual to my friends and to the owner of the parks Facebook page.  He withdrew the refund because I had ‘slandered’ him.  My wife was left in tears by his abusive tirade.  We decided to leave the next morning instead of staying two nights, and the manager lady did refund for the night we cancelled.  Because of the abuse I decided to leave this review. I would normally address a complaint in person and not leave any review at all but this horrible behaviour deserves to be held to account.  Before leaving that morning I inspected the park. There is clearly no maintenance or gardening being done. Everywhere there are weeds over three fleet high. Rubbish is strewn all around. The games room has not been cleaned or swept in ages. The camp kitchen barbecue drip tray is full of grease and overflowing, so to stop extra mess someone has put a bucket under the drip tray. The bucket is half full of grease too.  Broken machinery lies abandoned.  A note on the park map encourages guests to not drain sink water but to scoop it out and water a tree with it but the faucet in our bathroom sink was running not dripping due to broken tap washers.  To watch the TV you must unplug it and put it on the ding table as the sofa bed faces away from it.
This is the worst park experience we have ever had and I would definitely recommend you DO NOT STAY HERE.  If there are no vacancies anywhere else  in town, keep driving.

Lovely quiet park. Came for two nights stayed for three. God sized sites with grass, shade as well. Good well maintained and spotless amenities. Well stocked camp kitchen and large games shed. Very friendly staff and reasonable rates. $38.70 for power and water. Koi members. They also offer seniors discount. Would definitely stay again
