Stayed for one night in Busselton. 

Check in took a bit longer as there seemed to be a challenge with Booking.com guests. The party before us and ourselves had used this. 

The hotel is certainly quaint and looks great from the outside. A little dated inside. Room was decent sized and had the amenities you would want. Although it was extremely cold for a winter stay and the shower took 10 mins to warm up. We also had, who I assume was staff, appear at our window in the morning to dump a mattress on the grass…odd but whatever. 

Good place to stop if you’re in Busselton as it’s an easy walk to the town.

Fine for a one night stay

Beautiful manor house well located in Busselton. I had a single room with a shared bathroom inside the manor, and both were spacious and clean, and my room was airy and light. The shared bathroom was huge with nice hot water, and I didn’t see anyone to share it with!

Beautiful house

What a great old place to spend a few days, as the wife and I did along with two of our kids and there families, we stayed in the main Manor section, rooms were cosy with with all you required. Very central spot to walk from to town or the beach, fantastic couple who manage the Manor, and no problems would stay again.

Step Back in Time

If your looking for home away from home with everything you need, then this is the place for you. Rooms are cosy and bed is extremely comfortable and room has everything you need. Management are extremely helpful personally taking you to your room. Big thank you also to the housekeeping staff who were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic service, great facilities 

Easy check in. From the minute you step in you feel like you are in a historic guest house but lacks the love from the owners. Room was clean with air con. Shared bathroom was not an issue for us. There’s an open shared area at the back of the building with toys for kids, tables etc. Games were available and breakfast which we did not utilize. Easy walk to town and the beach. At $80 a night we got what we paid for and we’re happy. 

Quaint guest house 

We loved everything about our stay at Ithaca.  The room was much bigger than I imagined (even had a spa!), the staff we so helpful and the location is spot on.  So peaceful and quiet, but close enough to everything.

Fantastic little gem

Great value with an interesting and quirky vibe, in perfect location that is near to all the buzz but also quiet and relaxing.  Busselton Trots are practically next door in Churchill Park, a really fun evening out with a very friendly crowd.

Interesting and quirky in a historic building.

We stayed in the motel units out the back. Room 8 and room 1 (3 days apart) 

They aren't huge rooms, but functional with good size modern bathrooms and a microwave. 

Bed and pillows were comfy and the place seemed fairly clean. Good shower too. 

John, who I assume was the owner was pleasant and showed us to our room both times. 

Only minor issue is car park is a short walk to the rooms which could be an issue if raining. We were luck both times. 

Good value, friendly owner.

Very clean. Recently renovated room with fresh feel. Had everything we wanted and was within an easy walk of town .... had been there half a day and hadn’t moved the car. Good parking. Quaint yet friendly service. Oh ... and awesomely priced. Don’t tell anyone else. 

Cool find 

Stayed here just for one night when passing through busselton and I have to say $80 for a clean comfortable 4 bedroom room was just wonderful! Everything we needed was in the room including bath towels, kettle, tea/coffee, toaster, cups, cutlery, TV, huge wardrobe. The manager was so friendly and helpful informing us what's worth a visit (definitely the cannot pass by the Busselton Jetty while you're there) and offering us continental breakfast for $10 p/person. Plenty of car parking spaces and only 15 mins walk to the Main Street with restaurants located. I would definitely stay here again!
