1291 reviewsThe hotel is fantastic: I traveled with my two sons, both minors. The location has an excellent location downtown, half a block from the ‘Legislature’, a park “plaza Guemes”, and three blocks from the Cathedral. Extremely safe area, with public transportation and a gas station across the street opened 24/7. The main museums are within a brief walking distance (Conoce Salta, Museo Guemes, Museo Arqueológico), all worth seeing. Lots of place to eat in the area. Street with “Peñas”, folklore shows, Calle Balcarce, is practically around the corner. Supermarket is a block away. Staff is warm and extremely willing to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They provided us with a plug for our phones, hot water for drinks, utensils if needed to eat in the room. Pool is heated, has a great size, is very clean and it is available from 8am to 11pm. Great to chill after all the excursions. Restaurant at the hotel is great as well and will save you from deciding where to eat once back from excursions. Book it, worth every penny.
